From the check in, to the communication, to the cleanliness... This was one of our best vacation rentals experiences. They've thought of everything; the very best welcome basket, good coffee, big hot tub with plenty of towels, first class kitchen set up with good knives, every appliance and pan and a well stocked pantry. There are pack and plays and plenty of toys for the little ones. The home is beautiful with high end features, but it manages to be comfortable and "homey". Wonderful holiday! Thank you!

This condo is an absolute gem in downtown WP. The details of the floor plan, decor and amenities are the best I’ve experienced ever in Winter Park. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line appliances and luxury accessories cooking supplies and kitchen gadgets. Everything you can possibly imagine is available and easy to find. All of the bedrooms are cozy and comfortable! The common area has a fantastic couch near floor to ceiling windows with magnificent views!! We spent every apres ski on the private rooftop deck. Even on the chilliest of days it’s a gorgeous way to spend time in the outdoors soaking in the hot tub while taking in a mountain sunset view! Our group loved the location. Restaurants, groceries and souvenirs are all within a short walk. There is a fantastic amphitheater park across the street that provides winter time sledding for all. We never had to use our cars while we stayed here. We hopped on the bus everyday, and were dropped off at the base of the mountain. The hosts have included every detail to make sure your stay is like a 5 star property. They also made our visit easy and seamless. We never had many questions, but if we did, the responses were within the hour! We simply can’t wait to go back. We might be looking for a summer and a winter stay here because it met our needs 100/100!! Thank you!

This was such a perfect house! I loved the style and the location couldn't have been better. Definitely the best house I've picked in Winter Park. I usually like trying different houses each time I travel, but next time we come back to Winter park, I'll definitely book here again.

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property in March 2023! I did extensive research of similar properties in the area when planning a trip for my extended family. Our party included 2 seniors, 3 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children (7 and 10), We wanted a place right in the middle of the action in downtown Winter Park and easy access to the Lift shuttle. I can confidently say this was the best property for our group and met or exceeded our expectations! Our kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and the access to sledding just across the street. There were even sleds available in the garage for the kids to use! I was able to fit a Chevy Suburban in the garage with a few inches to spare front and back. Not sure you could fit two Suburbans, but any two vehicles smaller than that should fit just fine. There were lots of little touches which just demonstrated that the owners have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was well labeled and there were clear instructions for absolutely everything. From labeled shelves in the kitchen to instructions for the automated shades, Sonos sound system, rooftop firetable and hot tub. The owners were also very responsive and accommodating when we had questions or requests. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with! We found the shuttle schedule a little unreliable. Give yourself an extra buffer to get kids to ski lessons on time. Will definitely stay here again!

This was, unequically, our best vrbo rental experience (including among many other units in the Rendezvous development). The owners were incredibly responsive, the property was spotless, well stocked and the amenities surpassed my expectations - there was never the "eh, this didn't quite work right" moment we so frequently encounter with similar rentals. My family had plenty of room to spread out on our ski trip, and wonderful sledding hill/playground/green space next to the unit made entertaining the kids in the evening a breeze. We will absolutely stay here again.

We booked for this beautiful home for ourselves and extended family to celebrate my daughter’s Winter Park wedding. Communication with the owners was top notch! We had some special requests due to the wedding and the owners were very responsive. The home itself is beautiful. From the heated floors to the thoughtful decor, everything was perfect. Each bedroom had a white noise machine and it’s own temperature control, the entire family was comfy! Most important the home was incredibly clean. Nothing was overlooked, inside cupboards, drawers and even closets were clean. There were no crumbs in the toaster in this home :) The location was ideal, overlooking the park with a free sledding hill and right along the Lift bus line. I would like to thank the owners for opening their home to us. We will have lifelong memories of our daughters wedding and the great place we stayed! Sandi & Scott

This rental is located right in downtown Winter Park, perfect location to walk to many restaurants and shops. The hot tub and fire pit were great, and the views are spectacular. We loved the heated floors, especially on a cool morning/evening. The owners were super helpful and communicative. The kitchen has everything you could imagine, made staying in and cooking a pleasure. Can't wait to come back!!

Me and my friends stayed here and went to lake granby! This is a great place to stay. The house was so spacious and clean. It is right on the main road and there are plenty of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. There was free parking nearby and there were also spots for our cars. Amazing stay and would come back again if I make it back to the denver area/winter park!!

I saw this house the year before when we were at Hideway Park and commented to my wife how cool that would be to stay there. So I was very excited when I found it on VRBO. The pictures and amenities are all very accurate and it’s actually nicer and more spacious than the pictures show. The hosts were amazing and go above and beyond for their guests. Hands down the best location in Winter Park. Being able to listen to the Weds concerts from the roof deck is a special treat. I look forward to staying there again!

This is a beautiful home and extremely comfortable. We had a group of 10 adults and the home fit us perfectly. The location can't be beat. The home is beautifully decorated and had every pot/pan/dish we needed. Alex and Morgan were wonderful! The best hosts we've had to date. They were very attentive and quick to respond when we had a question. After night one, we contacted them to stay at the property again. The pictures don't do this place justice. It's gorgeous! Worth every penny!

Morgan and Alex have a great condo and the location is probably the best in Winter Park. They have it fully stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of riding Trestle Bike Park. We'll definitely be back.

As a group of family and friends, this property worked perfectly for us. Mostly king size beds in this VRBO were very useful for us because we're almost all retired. The pantry had extra food staples, helpful for cooking in the beautifully appointed kitchen. We all fit on the sectional in the great room to watch the Av's win the Stanley Cup...woohoo. The deck was wonderful, providing shade or sun to either cool down or warm up after a soak in the private hot tub. Loved this condo...we will definitely return.

This home had everything we needed for a family vacation. It is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the deck which has great views. The park across the street provided a great space for the kids to play (young and older) and you can watch them from the comfort of your deck!! Host was very pleasant and responsive. We could not have been happier with our stay in Winter Park. The house was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of eight (four adults and four kids). Clean, well-stocked (e.g., we didn't have to buy our own garbage bags) and well organized. All the electronics were easy to use - including the indoor fireplace - and we played some of the games the owners provided. The rooftop hot tub and fire pit were also easy and fun to use - with great views of the park across the streets and the mountains. We loved the location - walked to the various restaurants, bars and shops - and our kids played in the park everyday. The owners reached out and communicated well. No complaints at all - will stay here for our next visit.

The house is not only beautiful but provided a wonderful haven for our family gathering. Our grandchildren loved the park across the street and board games provided by our host. Anyone visiting this home doesn’t need anything to enjoy their stay here. The views are absolutely gorgeous from the house. We found the convenience of the house’s location was great for skiing, sledding, shopping, and entertaining. The pictures of the condo do not fully show the magnitude of the house’s beauty. Our hosts, Alex and Morgan were so helpful for our stay at the house. They constantly answered our questions in a timely manner.

We stayed at Alex and Morgan's property in Winter Park, CO for the Mardi Gras week of March 2022. We had a wonderful time. The property is very modern with all the amenities one could possibly need. It was plenty spacious for 6 adults and 6 kids of which 5 are late teen. The property can't possibly be in a better location in Winter Park. The community park, Hideaway Park, is located across the street and we spent plenty of time there enjoying the snow and small hill. I can only imagine it being just as fun in the summer months. Alex and Morgan answered all of our questions in a timely manner. If we are able to make a trip in the summer, I will definitely reach out to them to see if this property is available.

If you are staying in Winter Park, this is the perfect rental. The home is even better than the listing describes. We stayed one week for a 50th birthday celebration with a group of 8. The home was convenient to the bus stop, restaurants, shops and has a wonderful view. This 3 story home is like a million dollar mansion with every amenity you could every need. We cooked every breakfast and several dinners in the well stocked, enormous kitchen. And don't worry about being cozy/comfortable, the fireplaces and heated floors is a really nice way to stay warm. The bus ride to the ski slopes took less than 15 minutes and the heated garage had nice area to store our ski gear. The rooftop hot tub was a popular place after a long day of skiing. The host was helpful and very responsive, even giving us transportation advice prior to our trip. We had several games in the house for night time entertainment. We have used vacation rentals for over 15 years and we have never been so pleased. By far our BEST RENTAL EVER!!!

This place is amazing! Neatly decorated, very clean, an abundance of amenities. Large roof top hot tub, stocked pantry, plenty of towels and 1 block to bus shuttle. Morgan and Alex thought of everything for a great vacation rental! We were welcomed with a basket of goodies and a bottle of wine! We are a family of 9 and have stayed in multiple rental units, this was by far one of our top 3! We would highly recommend Rendezvous Retreat to our friends and family! We look forward to coming back in the future!

Really nice property with plenty of modern touches which make things comfortable and easy. Smart TVs in all rooms, heated floors, electric blinds and fireplace, etc. Quick communication from the host who made sure our stay was as nice as possible

Beautiful property nestled right in the heart of winter park! Just a short hop and jump from the slopes and within walking distance to fun shops and restaurants we took advantage of. Liquor store and nice Market very close as well. Everything state of the art from the Sonos sound system to the automated blinds. We also enjoyed grilling outside on the upper deck while the kids had fun in the hot tub. The side street parking was also helpful as we had 2 large 3/4 ton trucks. There was also a grey Fox sighting in the park! Look no further if you are looking for the ultimate ski vacation! Much thanks to our hosts for making things so seamless!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rendezvous! The pictures do not do it justice. The large windows in every room allow for so much natural light and incredible views! Close walk to everything downtown. Hosts were fantastic! Great communication and a cute welcome basket full of treats and tons of local information and tips. This is an amazing home for those looking for an "in-town" location in Winter Park. It's a brand new property with every amenity you could need. Alex & Morgan have thought of everything, even down to a wonderful welcome basket with snacks and drinks. Everything is labeled with precise instructions to help you settle in quickly and not be left trying to figure out how the TV works! Wonderful beds and pillows allowed for restful nights. Beautiful decor throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home in the middle of Winter Park. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went. The home was clean and spacious with lots of windows and light. It has a lot of modern conveniences from smart TVs in every room to the motorized blinds to the gas fireplaces you turn on with the flip of a switch. One of the favorite places was the rooftop deck with the hot tub! Our hosts were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place for any large family gathering. Thank you for a memorable weekend with our kids and grandkids!

The deck has amazing views to enjoy while you relax in the hot tub. Beds are comfortable. Bedrooms are huge. The master bedroom is exquisite. As an added bonus, parking in the garage was so convenient. Alex and Morgan are great at communication and ensured our trip was perfect. We will stay again.

Great location in downtown. Luxury throughout, very clean, top of the line amenities and finishing touches. The garage space is a plus with the snow and loading and unloading.

The home was wonderful! Mr. Scott was an excellent host. He checked on us to make sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. We were staying here while in town for our son's wedding in Golden. We had 7 adults and 2 two year olds. The park is across the street and all of the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The home is very modern and has wonderful views of the mountains. The only thing that we had to buy was food. The home had everything that we needed ( Dishes,glasses, utensils,cleaning products,towels,new appliances,washer/dryer). It also had items for our little ones (Crib,high chair,booster seat, and plenty of toys). The entire home was wonderful,but we really enjoyed the covered outdoor area on the top floor(Hot tub,fire pit,grill and dining table). We plan on returning during the ski season.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed a great girls weekend away here last weekend and it was fabulous for the 6 of us to stay! We were celebrating our year of 40th birthdays for all of us and this place provided a ton of great amenities (hot tub, “smart” house, kitchen with everything you need, gorgeous views, etc.) It was also in a great location to walk to most things you might need! Owners were great and super responsive… and even let us do a late checkout as well! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a new/modern, clean, and upscale place to stay!
