Schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr bequemes Bett und Sofa. Und ein Parkplatz, was in Tübingen wirklich Gold wert ist. Die Lage ist super, man läuft in 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und ist dann in 10 Minuten in der Stadt.

Our recent stay at this apartment was a deeply disappointing experience. The apartment was booked over 3 weeks in advance. However, upon arrival, we found that the apartment had not been cleaned, with obvious signs of neglect: floors and bathrooms dirty, unwashed dishes in the dishwasher, used bed linens on the floor and bed unmade. This immediately set a negative tone for our stay. We contacted the owners and after several attempts were finally to reach him. We informed of the situation and he contacted the cleaning services to come take care of the apartment. He also offered a full refund since we and our 1 year old son were very tired from the long drive and frustrated with the entire situation. While the owner initially promised a full refund to address these issues, we were only provided with a partial refund of 40 euros out of the 100 we paid for the stay. This did not come close to compensating for the problems we encountered. Moreover, it is worth noting that before our stay, the owner had offered a discount in exchange for positive reviews, which raises concerns about the authenticity of the high ratings this property has received. To make matters worse, there was noise from neighboring apartments, making it difficult to relax or rest. Lastly, the lack of hot water for showers was another major inconvenience that further detracted from our comfort. Overall, we cannot recommend this apartment given our experience, and we hope this feedback helps other travelers make an informed decision.

Good value for the area. Decent size rooms. Our daughter loved the turtle in the pond.

- Access to property: down a narrow garden stairs. Not easy with kids or luggage - Dirty: the 'important' things were clean (sheets, towels, bathroom) but everything else was far from it. Our feet/socks were visibly dirty after a few mins of walking around. The toaster and bowls in the cupboard were covered in stains and greasy fingerprints. Doors and handles were grubby. The stairs to the upstairs property was thick with dead insects and spiderwebs. - Rude host: I messaged after the first night to ask if some blankets could be dropped over. We had one thin duvet per bed and there was no extra bedding provided. The host asked me to explain what I meant, then didn't respond again for over 24hours, then asked me to justify why I would want an extra blanket, that it's never been asked for before and tried calling me twice. Several of the reviews online mention blankets in a negative way. This host is more concerned with protecting the sanctity of his grubby grotto than in ensuring any level of guest comfort. -Bear minimum: as mentioned, no extra bedding or pillows, thin, cheap bedding and towels, no provisions for the kitchen, there was a coffee machine but the capsules were not the correct size for it and were also all decaff. Reminders of the checkout time sent midstay. - Beds: we found them far too soft and took turns sleeping on the couch (with a towel, since we weren't allowed to have an additional blanket). - Decor: family caricatures on the walls which is never appropriate for guest accommodation. Massive hazardous eyesore of a lampshade in the bedroom (you will hit your head several times). Giant clock which runs on its own time. No overhead light in the bathroom, just mirror light. Several lightswitchs that do nothing. Walls badly in need of painting. The property is generally uncared for. Smell coming from garden pond, which also was uncared for. I could go on.....

The place is quiet, good to rest.

All perfectly working, nice place, bus stops just 100 m distant, so as supermarket, bakery and a great Kebap shop! Also remote check-in was quite easy.

Nothing. Just for improvement, add scissors to utensils (which in any case were abundant and in excellent condition).

1. The location is not bad, and you can reach a bus stop just in one to two minutes. Easy to travel between the Stuttgart Airport. 2. A economic choice compared to other accomondations in the city centre 3. Very spacious 4. All home appliances are well equipped, and the shower temperature and pressure are especially excellent 5. The queen-size bed is very comfortable

1. The host was a little bit rude to me. He did not realise that the check-in time he sent me was wrong and blamed me at first after I entered the flat and found the room had not cleaned up yet. I suppose it is not my responsibility to check if there are any differences in the information between the German and English version. 2. The air circulation is not good though there are many windows in the flat. The strong cigarette smell in the living room made me really unpleasant during my five-day stay here. 3. This property is actually more like a basement because it is built on a small hill slope. You have to walk up along a slope with all your luggages and walk down the outdoor stairs of the property to enter this flat. Be prepared if you happen to bring a lot of belongings with you. 4. You might find some insects in the flat due to the very natural surrounding environment

Clean and spacious apartment. Close to bus stop, well connected with city center.
