Everything! Rachel was so kind and accommodating. The thoughtful goodies in the fridge and pastries for coffee were unexpected and delicious.

Very well presented period town house in the very centre of Chichester.
Nothing really not to like. Expensive but it is big enough for 4 people (2 couples), it’s just that we chose to have the whole place just for the two of us.

Location is great , as it is very central .Close to shops , coffee bars ,pubs and the theatre. The starter pack was fabulous , which included milk, pastries, fruit and cakes . House was very clean and the facilities were as advertised. The booklet about the property and Chichester was really informative . The host was great and replied quickly to all our questions

This is an outstanding property - Rachel is an amazing host and there were so many thoughtful touches left at the property - really didn’t want to leave. Communication was also excellent

Beautifully decorated house and lovely garden. Well-stocked kitchen with all needed utensils, and good Wi-Fi. Excellent location, close to town centre but still quiet. Fantastic host, who provided fruits and pastries upon arrival and took care of our transportation needs (thanks Rachel!).

I’m nothing if not a sucker for a hidden gem - and that’s what this beautiful place feels like. A treasure. Everything from the tiny bricked lane approach to the fabulous finishes is perfect, it feels like staying in a 5 star hotel of your very own. My husband and I do a lot of short breaks from London - and I almost wish this little gem could remain hidden, but I don’t expect it to remain available for long!! Book this one, don’t bother looking around anymore. It’s worth every penny.
Great location, perfect finishes, easy parking, great communication and every amenity you could need. It’s a beach/historic weekend/ small city break only 2 - 2.5 hours from London. We will definitely be returning - if we can get a booking that is! I expect this place will be full quite a bit....
