Avec ses activités proposées sur place (golf, entre autres), cette maison de vacances très pratique pour les familles a décidément tout pour vous plaire. L'hébergement dispose d'un parking sur place, de là vous pourrez aisément faire le trajet de 20 minutes jusqu'à Exmoor National Park ou de 21 minutes jusqu'à Domaine Knightshayes Court.
Un salon et un barbecue équipent également cette location avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Entraînez-vous au tennis de table ou profitez des équipements suivants : accès à Internet, télévision et lecteur DVD. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux et des serviettes. We stayed in the Old Cider Barn. There were 3 of us, although it could sleep 5. It's very spacious for a two bedroom place with everything you need and the kitchen was well equipped with crockery and cutlery etc.
It was very clean and the location is idyllic and extremely peaceful as it's set deep in the countryside.
We really enjoyed having a bit of fun on the tennis court there and played some table tennis.
We saw plenty of wildlife watched rabbits, squirrels and lots of birds when just sitting at the table eating.
Being between the coasts we found it a good starting point for north and south and did activities on both from kayaking to a seal safari and also took a trip on the Somerset Steam Railway. There is fabulous scenery in the area and the owners have left a selection of information guides on a variety of things to do locally.
An enjoyable holiday, the hosts were very helpful and we felt comfortable and enjoyed the space, peace and quiet as well as the facilities there.
Excellent value for money and I would be happy to return if I were going to the same area in the future.

Idyllic setting for a peaceful stay
We stayed in the Old Cider Barn. There were 3 of us, although it could sleep 5. It's very spacious for a two bedroom place with everything you need and the kitchen was well equipped with crockery and cutlery etc.
It was very clean and the location is idyllic and extremely peaceful as it's set deep in the countryside.
We really enjoyed having a bit of fun on the tennis court there and played some table tennis.

Beware of the narrow lanes in the area but take it steady and there's no problem. Great value for money, would recommend and happily stay here again. Closest shops are 15mins in opposite directions, closest pub, The Staplecross Inn is less than 1/2 mile, great food & atmosphere.

The Cider Barn is a very well equipped cottage in a beautiful countryside location, but is very near to the lovely towns of Honiton and Tiverton. We utilised the games room and enjoyed watching the wildlife from inside the cottage. Super short break

We chose this accommodation due to it’s peaceful surroundings, ideal for our excitable puppy and three, outdoor loving, children. The Cider Barn was well equipped and spacious enough for five of us and a large dog. The secure, private, outdoor area was a real bonus for us.
Heather was a helpful host willing to answer any questions about locality or activities near by. Well worth a look.

Both Tod and Heather were our friendly and approachable hosts, with lots of local information of places to go. A wonderful country pub only 10 minutes walk away that served excellent meals meant no cooking or driving worries.Would highly recommend and would hope to visit again.
