It was a great place to stay. This unit was redone nicely but the icemaker wasn’t working and there was a weird smell in the place that didn’t go away. The property management was very responsive when the handle on the sliding door lost a screw.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was clean and loved being on the 1st floor for the kids to play in the grassy area. Our only complaint was the master bed is old and very uncomfortable. Other than this it was a great week! We will be back to Colony Reef!

Very family and kid friendly. My grandson really enjoyed playing in the courtyard. Love the updates to the beach access, with no stairs to get to beach. Our condo was very comfortable. Already reserved for next year!

Love staying at Colony Reef. The pool is great and the walk to the beach from any of the condos is convenient. The room was clean, but could use a deep cleaning in the bathrooms. I do understand there was a cleaning staff issue. Overall my stay at Colony Reef was wonderful and I would come back.

First time at Colony Reef Club and loved it! Room was perfect and updated. Loved being on the first floor because the kids could run outside and play with all the other kids. Very family oriented place, they even had a movie night for the kids and the security guard was awesome as well.

Our stay was nice. It was very clean and well stocked. The only problem came when we wanted to use the tennis courts and the office was closed. One day was a holiday and the next they were closed too, so we could not check out rackets. Other then that it was great.
