Que no tiene heladera en la habitación ,la maquina de café no funcionaba, el desayuno escaso y el café siempre frio

Отель на берегу озера, из его номеров прекрасный вид. Есть парковка для автомобиля, в том числе подземная. Номера просторные, комфортные, кровать широкая и удобная. Персонал всячески помогал нам. Территория у отеля хотя и небольшая, но ухоженная и позволяет подходить к озеру. Есть и бассейн, и spa, и весьма приличный ресторан для ужина.

Если идти из отеля пешком к городу, то тротуара почти нет и очень пыльно - это касается расположения отеля. Завтраки достаточные, но при длительном пребывании становятся очень однообразными.

Nice location, beautiful view. Rooms were Ok, but on the small side. Overall, did not feel like a 5 stars hotel to me.

Price point is not right for today’s Argentina. Staff were Ok, but not great.

la posizione è fantastica. direttamente sul lago e vicino al centro di Bariloche. si arriva in centro con una passeggiata di pochi minuti

nulla. tutto molto ben gestito. solo la connessione a internet è lenta ma è un problema generale in Argentina

The location next to the lake was amazing. However, it is a bit removed from the center.

The facilities (spa / restaurant) could use some updating. The spa was limited to one person at a time and the restaurant was meh for the prices.

The views are fabulous! The breakfasts are excellent. We were there for some very warm weather and A/C would have been nice - but I doubt there are many days that need A/C. The staff was very helpful too.

It has amazing climate, great pool with amazing view, not really in city center with is a great cons as it’s not so loudly

breakfast is with poor variety, also some discrepancies between reception and taxi concerning price which forced us to pay double

Dinner at the Terra restaurant was excellent. Great chef!

Breakfast could have had more variety, too many sweets. perhaps more hot food, besides eggs (bacon?), variety of cheese. Overall satisfying. Also one would like to use the pool before 11 am, and it was not possible.

It’s looks like something is missing. It’s a five star hotel but the breakfast is a little bit poor, to change money is a big deal, air condition is missing

doing anything at the hotel was difficult. want to have breakfast? better reserve a time the night before. want to reserve a time for breakfast? better wait in line (or wait on hold). want advice where to change money? you’ll be directed to the national bank rather than some place where to get a reasonable rate (you won’t find this out until after you have walked 20 minutes). these are just a few of the things we encountered. after two weeks in other parts of the country with flexible, easy going (even if not always fast) service, this was a real disappointment. Considering this was “the nicest” place we booked on our trip, the mismatch in quality of service was especially jarring!

The suites all have lake/mountain views which are truly beautiful. I'd go for the Junior Suite as it comes with balcony, it really was priceless having our morning coffee overlooking the lake. The gym isn't really sufficient but we managed, however the pool is great. It's particularly good after a dip in the lake.

Some of the housekeeping services were poor; we requested our laundry to be picked up but had to call multiple times as it wasn't picked up within 45mins (after they told us they'd come immediately). One of our room service orders was incorrect, although they did fix it within 30mins. The hotel is on a road without proper pedestrian access so you have to walk for a few minutes on dusty tracks before you get into town.

the view from the room and deck were unbelievable...and the only thing i heard at night were the sound of the waves hitting shore... simply fantastic. Close to town so it was easy to walk in to shop and visit local restaurants.

i don't know Spanish and barely know English so sometimes difficult to understand. But the staff was fantastic and patient with me.

No internet in my room, and my view is blocked off despite staying there for a few nights

Beautiful location, and large, clean rooms. A bit outside of the main town area, but great location on the lake, and still relatively close to everything.

Breakfast was not good. It was the same everyday, and very underwhelming - scrambled eggs, mediocre bread with jam, cereal and overripe fruit. Coffee was terrible. Staff could have been more friendly. On the second day of our four day stay they put up scaffolding outside of our room, which ruined the view of the lake. We had paid a premium for the lake view and were given no forewarning, apology or discount.
