The tent is spacious, and a wonderful comfy bedding. Ameneties are clean and well maintained. Most of all the team is a real charm. The river access also adds charm to it.

One can hear some traffic from the road, but ear plugs are complimentary for those with a light sleep and could need them.

The coffee/tea in the morning was set out at 9am. It would be great if it was available earlier, such as around 7:30am for us early birds.

Fan is too small for 2 people when it was hot - 98 degree. Tent was in front of bathroom, so lot of traffic and noise

Tents are pretty close to each other, which is not a big deal but a little different from what we are used to with more "roughing it" camping

Comfort - tent and bed were nice and warm. The place were Very clean especially the restroom and showers.

Glamping site is close to a busy road you can hear the cars almost all night ... the earplugs provided didn't work.

Check in process was easy and quick. The bed was very comfortable and the tent was pretty spacious! We brought our dog with us and she was able to get around really easy. It was pretty cold over night and we were thankful for the space heater! We found this place on a road trip down to Arizona last minute and loved it so much we can't wait to come back!

Loved the cleanliness of the entire property and the grounds are well maintained throughout. Bathrooms are very clean surprisingly for an off the grid place and everything seemed to be fairly organized. The staff also is very helpful in getting yourself situated. Firewood is for sale and staff will help you set it up if needed. Loved the overall peaceful vibe of the property with a good close location to drive to town and not too far away.

The comfort of the beds and room could be significantly improved. They website states that they have powerful space heaters for the colder seasons but the space heater barely made a dent in the overall heat of the tent even with it running all night. It was still very cold and bed was super uncomfortable even with several layers and full clothes on. I was really disappointed. Maybe install a furnace, have mattress heaters on all beds or just a different space heater. Also some more comfortable items such as a cozy couch, a place to store your bags, an additional dresser, or some chairs inside the tent for additional comfort could be improved. Also more art or soft rugs, cushions, interesting lighting could make it more cozy and mountain feel.

roadway noise is pretty bad because of the location, but they kindly prepared ear plugs for you :)

The bed was very comfortable and the tent was large and roomy.

We were in #3 and it was a long walk to the restrooms and showers. It would be good if you put one near the front office. I also was surprised at how little the store was stocked with food and other camping supplies. The showers were very small and it would be good to have a mirror to comb my hair.
