Stylish, clean, comfortable room with view over the beautiful garden. Wonderful hosts and team who couldn't do enough for us. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choices. Location right within the city centre close the the cathedral, bars, shops and restaurants.

Excellent choice for breakfast. Room was clean and tidied each day I was there.. I booked late so unfortunately had to have a single room but it was comfortable.
Good location for walking into Chichester.
A more friendly approach. On arrival no one around, no reception desk as such, so stood waiting to be booked in.
I think more training for breakfast staff. Chef Sunday-Wednesday,had a good morning greeting, food was cooked well.
Once served with breakfast by the girls, you weren’t asked if you would like more coffee. On my first morning, there was no one around to say thank you or anything, the room was empty.
Improvement on customer service.
No parking at the property,this was stated in the hotel information,but the car Park prices were quite high

It is clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast was exceptional and the owner is lovely.
It was lovely, the only thing perhaps were that the bed stuff felt a bit synthetic…probably to protect allergy sufferers.

The host and hostess were awesome! Very welcoming. The residence is so cute, well maintained, the outside garden so nice to sit with a tea. Staff so courteous, breakfast delicious. Great location to downtown and local museums, theater next door, parking nearby easy.
I wish i had known the stairs to room, would have packed differently. Everything was great!

Location is great. Has a great garden bit being utilised well enough in my opinion. Should be making a feature if it with inviting tables and drink service. Bar was a display cabinet. Rooms were small, breakfast nice but stingy. Could be a really good boutique hotel but I would say average.

Smell of stale food: not so bad in room. No chair to sit on in room: you have to sit on bed, not acceptable for this price. Blind broken. Breakfast: no buffet and all small portions.

It was very clean, the breakfast room was very pleasant.
The bedroom was described as “budget” and I was aware that it only had a shower not a bath but it was the minute size of the room with no wardrobe and a tiny chest of draws. Ventilation was via a sash window which open directly on to the public footpath a few feet from the bed. I expected better for the price charged. I’ve no doubt other rooms in the property are probably up to standard.

Hotel was beautifully furbished and the breakfast and bar areas also very appealing. Easy walking distance to town centre. Room was well appointed and shower / bathroom very well equipped. Breakfast staff were brilliant.
Bed had a footboard which made it hard to stretch out. Check in was not a smooth process due to some 'technical difficulties' but got there in the end ! Shame air conditioning is not an option !!
