Lori and Celini helped arrange our Tropic Air flight and golf cart rental... seamless process because of that! The property is exactly as shown online. We had a problem with the refrigerator and they had it fixed so quickly! Very responsive to any and all questions. Loved having the pool! It was perfect.

This was a perfect place for two couples. Super spacious and equipped with everything you may need. Having the condo on the first floor is definitely a huge plus as it’s easier for your luggage and you have the ability to walk out to the pool and boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. And the hosts were super helpful with some awesome tips before we arrived.

We were very pleased with our choice to stay at Oceanaire 8. The condo was well equipped, and the view was beautiful. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport in our golf cart by the property managers. We took a fishing/snorkel trip with Josh who has his boat parked right at the dock. There is security (although we always felt safe) and the groundskeepers did an excellent job on the pool and grounds every day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend it and hope to return.

About the Owner: From the beginning to the end, Lori was AWESOME. She was responsive, helpful and gave us all the insider information. Condo: Condo on first floor. Only a few stairs. Everything you need to cook a quick breakfast, to a gourmet meal. We ate breakfast and snacks at the condo, and ventured out to local places for dinner. Location: The property is right on the sea with gorgeous sun rises. You are close to multiple restaurants and Secret Beach. San Pedro is a short cart ride for for groceries and fresh fruit. Lori told us best grocery stores/fruit stands. You or an island, so everything is brought in. For planning, M/W/F water; T Fresh Fruit, W Fresh Milk. Local Restaurants: Lori provided a list of local restaurants, and also provided dome of her favorites, which was really helpful. Aji's is right next door and within walking distance, the others you will need a golf cart. Stella's Sunset and Rum Dog are a must visit. Golf Cart: Lori helped us lease the golf cart ahead of time so that we did not have to figure that out. They met us at the airport, we signed the rental paperwork and off we went. Jim, Lori's husband lead the way to the condo so that we did not have to try to find it by ourselves. Flight: Lori helped us arrange our transport from Belize City to the Island via Tropic Air. The trip is short, about 15 minutes and is a much better option that then ferry, especially in high seas. Return: We will be back. Keith and Susan 3/2024

My husband and I just stayed there for a week. The unit is in a great spot, just north of town and out of the hustle and bustle but an easy golf cart ride into San Pedro. Sunrise views are incredible, and you can walk along the sea wall in the sand for quite a stretch in either direction. The condo had everything we needed, very spacious and clean kitchen well stocked with all utensils, appliances, pots/pans etc. The pier is right outside for anyone being picked up by boat. The master bed was very comfortable and lots of closet/storage space. Security on site (although we never felt unsafe anywhere), and an easy walk to a local restaurant on the beach and another open air bar just as you enter the driveway to the condo. Jim and Lori were extremely helpful getting us information and set up a mainland ruins/cave tubing excursion (which ended up being just my husband and I with our guide - awesome). They arranged our flights from the mainland and golfcart rental - a huge time saver vs searching the net. . Notes: For snorkeling Mexico Rocks was much better than Hol Chan (mostly because of the crowds), cave tubing was an amazing experience - highly suggest this (we saw monkeys, toucans, during the hike to put in the river) and the caves are incredible. Highly recommend this unit if you are looking to stay on Amergris Caye.

Spent 2 wonderful weeks here. The unit was great for my family of 4 and father-in-law. Being on the ground floor made the pool/beach very convenient and we were often outside playing and exploring. The location was very nice, out of town so more peaceful but not so far out that it was inconvenient. There were lots of restaurants nearby and a few a short walk away. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe. We'll be back!
