It’s been a long time since I stayed anywhere so tranquil. I stayed a few night in the city of Alghero before staying with Pina and the noise was terrible - here, it was just so peaceful.
The neighbourhood feels really safe to walk around and it’s only a 5min stroll to the bus stop in Fertilia.
Staying with Pina was as close to staying with an angel as you’ll ever get. She welcomed me with an open heart and radiated love always. She is truly special.

One room in the apartment with shared common areas. Everything was as stated on the booking. Giulia was in charge of the communication. She was very nice and helped with whatever we needed. We had nice and relaxing time there.

Location and friendly helpful proprietors. Close to bus stop Fertilia with easy connection to airport and Alghero town .
Was very hot - can sleep with window open and fan provided but still very hot (but it was the time of the year) shared bathroom but was large and clean and excellent facilities with lovely shower .

The location is perfect, Punta Negra beach and the bus stop to Alghero/Airport is really close.
The neighborhood is quiet, our room and the bathroom was clean, the breakfast was perfect! The host, Pina is really friendly, however she doesn’t speak english.
Giulia helped us with everything, she and her husband Marco took us to beautiful places around Fertilia, which was the best part of our journey!
Nothing that we disliked about the accommodation, but what we didn’t noticed;
This is a shared accommodation, so Pina lives there.
The bathroom is also shared with other guests from the next room.

Very clean, nice location, kind and friendly owners. You sleep in a private room of family apartment, so the feeling is like visiting grandma :)
It was our mistake we didn’t see that the property is without air conditioner. The room is small and it was really hard to sleep even though it was that small fan (but it didn’t help,we were waking up every couple hours). So even though it was our mistake we didn’t see it without ac, but for the price you pay(we had 7more stays in Sardinia for same price or even less) I would expect more comfort :)

The location was nice. Sea view beautiful. Breakfast was nice and good. The lady prepaired it for us at 8.00 like we asked.
And there was this cute orange cat that showed sometimes in the evening. :)
We didnt realize we would actualy live with our host. Its a shared bathroom and everytime you want to leave an appartmant you have to cross livingroom, common areas. Its a bit of a feeling that you're interupting or disturbing.The lady was nice and semmed friendly and talkative, yet didnt speak a word in english but we managed anyhow.

Clean room, the host was very nice. Lady who is living there was kind, she prepaired us breakfast. Beach is nearby the accomodation.
Privacy. The room is a part of the flat where somebody is living and we didn't expect that. We had to walk through that shared room.

Mrs. Pina was so adorable, caring and she apparently had so much to tell, I for once was very dissapointed with myself I did not study Italian so I could tell her more than just thank you 😩
