Maria is very kind, welcoming and very respecful of her guests' space. Bedroom and bathroom were clean.

A bit overpriced for what it offers. You are literally in Maria's home - the kitchen is her kitchen, etc. so if you are not willing/ready to share spaces might be a bit weird/embarassing. The private bath is next to the bedroom but in the corridor. It was freezing cold, and no heating. I suppose this place is better in summertime - there is a nice balcony outside the room.

you have to be in contact with the property and communicate when you want to come and go, because there is no key to the home/access to driveway.

No breakfast was offered. There was no personnel at any time that i was at the home. There was coffee and eggs provided and an honesty arrangement if these are used.

Nowhere nearby to have breakfast - not at walking distance. You should bring provisions for that. It is a fair distance from other amenities and a car is definitely required. Be careful of the narrow streets nearby when driving. I scraped the wing of my car once.

Nice and clean house, great hospitality, real quiet location. You can get coffee/tea/milk and toast and eggs for a small fee, which is nice.
