Perfect apartment. Everything you could wish for. Dimitrios was the perfect host, always on hand if needed. We hope to return some day.

The location is beyond perfect. Stunning views with everything you need on the door step. The apartment is very modern and exceptionally clean and well equipped. It was lovely to find the supply of toiletries , bread , tea and coffee and wine etc. The honey was delicious. The food from the Taverna underneath is lovely and the bakery next door makes the most delicious bread and cakes.

This is an extremely comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Everything is high quality and very clean. The apartment was serviced every 2nd day to a high standard. The towels and linens were were also of a high standard. The apartment was in easy walking distance to the restaurants of which there are many to choose from in this location. There is a very good restaurant on the ground floor below the apartment block.

Great location (bakery, supermarket and restaurants nearby), the place is brand new and has everything you need for you stay. Dmitrios is an amazing host and will help you to plan your stay in Kefalonia.

These apartments offer everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Kefalonia. The apartments themselves are very modern with an incredible view of the water. The location is ideal as it’s close to the cafes and restaurants in town and 20-30mins drive to some of the nicest beaches on the island. The host Dimitrios was very helpful during our stay. He was easy to get in contact with, gave us some great tips of the best places to visit on the island and went above and beyond with helping us retrive our bags which got misplaced in transit. We would happily stay here again!

Everything was very good

Everything… this is the best apartment we have stayed in and we have been coming to Kefalonia for the last 6 years. Dimitrios the owner is a perfectionist and this reflects in this top spec place. Views are amazing from the large balcony and everything is to a high standard and immaculate. Dimitrios is also on hand for any information you need and recommendations. We absolutely loved this place and definitely plan to return.

Perfect location right in the waters front. The rooms are spacious and clean with good hot showers and soft towels. then bed was comfortable and linen frefresh.

The location is really beautiful with a lot of bakeries and supermarkets really close. The house was really clean and with a good decoration. Dimitrios is super friendly and give a lot of tips about Kefalonia. 100% recommend!!

The comfort, attention to detail for all amenities, (eco-friendly and recyclable). The view, comfort of beds, shower . Hospitality of the owner who is there daily to help with any questions you have to make your stay and visit as comfortable as possible. It is a perfect central location for getting to the beautiful locations around the island. The Complete package.

An amazing place to stay while in Agia Efimia. Very clean and spacious, beautiful view and a large balcony. We loved our stay here and wished it was for longer. The host Dimitrios was absolutely lovely and accommodating, allowing us a late check out for our evening flight. Highly recommend Sunrise Bay Apartments!!

THE attention to detail in these apartments is second to none. Don’t hesitate in booking, you will not be disappointed! Right on the harbour front, view to die for, immaculate and beautifully appointed. The bed is massive and super comfy, huge balcony and all mod cons work smoothly. Your local host Dimitrios is unbelievable. His passion is to make your stay as comfortable and complete as possible. Gave us advice on restaurants, beaches and experiences across the island and non of them failed to please. I could continue going wax lyrical for ever about Sunrise Bay and Dimitrios but a lengthy review can often be off putting and that would be an opportunity missed. Trust your instinct and go for it!

Big room, big balcony, great view of the sea. Very clean room. The stuff was very nice. The owner is very friendly and socially! Thank you for everything! I highly recommend this place! If we are planning to visit Kefalonia again, we are definitely coming back!

The appartement was amazing! Perfect location, amazing view from the balcony and the beds were perfect. It was so beautiful to see the sunrise every morning. Dimitrios was a great host! Super friendly and helped us with everything. He messaged us the safest route to drive to the appartement the moment we landed on the airport, arranged breakfast for the first morning and so much more. When we texted him he replied right away. We loved it and will come back for sure!!

The check in process was very easy and the owners communication was very quick and easy to follow. The apartment is superbly located with stunning views from the harbour in Agia Effimia. The outside space was spacious, clean and well furnished. The apartment itself was immaculate, well equipped and furnished to a high standard. Can not recommend highly enough!
