We had a group of 14 friends that get together every five years or so and picked the perfect location. The house had everything we needed and more. Very clean! The homeowners were great to work with and very accommodating. If you enjoy the lake, golf, cornhole or just want to relax, we would highly recommend this one.

Amazing view, gorgeous sunsets. House is beautiful and spacious. Loved the layout with lots of privacy. Hosts are thoughtful stocking the house with everything you might need. Location is perfect just minutes away from Bluff Creek Marina. We were able to rent a boat slip for $50 a day. We had a wonderful relaxing time. We will be back!

We spent Easter weekend here and it was even more fun and relaxation than we imagined. The kids were entertained at the house with ping pong and pool tournaments, corn hole and the hot tub. Egg hunt and room to gather 'round for the Story of Easter was a plus. Renting a boat one day and kayaking the next made for a memorable holiday. The house is so well appointed, organized, and clean; making it pleasant for everyone (Gigi included!!). Plenty of room and every kitchen amenity made meal prep fun. The charcoal grill was a surprise, and just what we wanted. Firepit after the sensational sunset .... bliss. Thank you for having this house as an option for rent. We intend to visit it again!

We had friends from Cali come in some for the first time to texas. It was perfect to hang out and enjoy everything

The house was good for what we needed. If you are playing at Rocker B it is a great alternative than staying in Mineral Wells or on-site. If you are wanting a weekend at PK - you are not on the lake but very close to all amenities. Property was clean and ready upon arrival, information from owners was very helpful and informative.

We had an amazing time at this home. Tons of space and very nicely set up. It was a great opportunity to get all of our friends together for a reunion. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My family and I had the best time here. We loved how clean and organize the house was. The owner really paid attention to all the small details to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This is a great property that we stayed for the Christmas Holiday. There were plenty of things to do at the property as well to keep us busy. The host made the trip perfect by adding some channels so we could watch the Christmas games on NFL Network. Overall a great place to stay with everything you need for cooking already there. We gathered for our Thanksgiving vacation and had everything we needed to relax. This home has room to spread out and enjoy indoor activities as well as a beautiful overlook for outdoor evenings.

This property is rugged, central Texas terrain with a gorgeous view, great wildlife watching, and lots of stars. The only potential drawback is lack of bedroom privacy. There is only one truly private bedroom in the entire house (unless you consider a curtain across a doorway private). Other than that, it is a beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped home that we look forward to renting again.

We were beyond blessed by our stay in this house. Every need that you could possibly imagine, was provided for. The view and accommodations are just beautiful, and we can't wait to come back! While the owner was AMAZING and attentive to helping us get checked in and helping us with questions, the property management company never emailed us check-in/checkout instructions, beyond the first email when I booked the house. But AGAIN, the owner was so attentive and prompt in her email and text responses, that the property management group was not really needed. BOOK THIS HOUSE, you won't regret it!!

We had the most amazing stay here!! Our three families fit perfectly! The house was immaculate and everything was so nicely labeled and organized! Every detail was thought out and you can't beat that view!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect all around! Although not lake front it had amazing views, close to the marina/boat dock and has pool access.

The location up on the top of the cliff is stunning. Even though you cannot access the water from the top where the house is located -the view is priceless and so peaceful. There is no one around you at all, except the Barbary sheep that come to visit all the time! We came with a group of 3 large families for a local baseball tournament, and this house was the perfect relaxation spot. Groceries are a challenge for the area because it is remote so bring the food you need if possible. But other than food and drinks, the house has everything you could possibly need. The owners have everything labeled to make it easy to find things and have put a great deal of thought into what is stocked. The house and everything in it looks brand new! Some of our party commented that it surely was not a rental because it was super clean and had a high end feel to every part of the house. The house has the pool table, ping pong, corn hole, satellite TV, and other games. And the split floor plan provides a nice separate area of privacy for 3 families. There is the marina near by and other community owned recreational resources but we didn’t get to use them due to our schedule. And then there is the owners - Lisa and her husband. Lisa was our point of contact and was so nice and responsive. She sent an email prior to our arrival giving additional helpful info. And we communicated multiple times during the stay as we were a little needy. She was such a gracious host and wanted to make sure our stay was a great experience. It was!! The only downside to our trip was a lost canopy that we left out that the wind got. We were able to retrieve it but it went to the dumpster. Don’t leave anything out back as the wind can pick up unexpectedly in the cliffs. This property is better than the photos can show. Great experience all around Make sure you don’t miss a sunset during your stay!!
