I love everything about this hotel! The location , it was quiet , the staff , the room was outstanding and a nice view .

The ac was broken. Room got to 76 overnight. The attendant below didn’t do/say anything when we told her.

The room was very nice and spacious. The view was spectacular and the hotel has nearby shops and eateries.

When I first arrived, I didn’t like one of the employees attitude and she did not give me enough information or wasn’t welcoming! Even though I liked my room, I didn’t like that my room was way in the back, down the hallway and there wasn’t a remote in my room also!

Rooms very clean and nice

It was very clean, and very nice. Not too far from anything

I wasn’t too happy about their being an extra $100 coming off of my card, I feel like that was something that should have been communicated with me before I even came.

I didn't have breakfast but the rest of my family loved it.

Some loud guests in the common areas and down the hall.

Manager James was quite rude and dismissive and stated he would not talk to us about our reservation and employee Karla was not trying to hear us about our situation as well
