A fully equipped kitchen was available for us to make our own breakfast. Spacious sitting and dining area. Very comfortable ensuite bedrooms. Very central, everything within 3-4 minutes walk.
We can't think of anything negative. Everything was excellent.

Superb facilities our hosts had thought of everything. They are so kind we had the pizza oven and made our own pizzas and Kazuko brought out some lovely Japanese nibbles for starters.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean house with great facilities (all rooms have their own en suite & a lovely food hamper was provided with all the essentials & more - delicious local coffee & jam). We were especially pleased booked a home cooked Japanese meal - the whole family loved it - highly recommended. Simon & Kazuko are excellent hosts.

Location was excellent, it was family friendly, the owners couldn't do enough, and it was so comfortable, the veg garden was well thought out an added extra.

All kitchen facilities were available for us to make our own breakfast. The property was perfectly located - close to the centre of Hay yet very quiet.

The cottage has been renovated beautifully - especially the bedrooms and kitchen. The thoughtful touches that really made a difference: lovely welcome hamper, tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets etc in the kitchen, lovely lavender bath products in each of the en suites, large fluffy towels! Restaurant recommendations were spot on - and necessary as there are so few places open after 3pm and advance booking is essential. The cottage is in a gorgeous, peaceful setting but only a few minutes walk from the centre of Hay - perfect location!

Everything in the property is done with care and attention to detail. A lovely garden, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need and more. A great chill out room with a large TV. Bed rooms and en-suite are perfect!
