Phantastisch Location in the Historic Downtown

Breakfast was excellent, great choice and quality. Apartment was within the city walls and central for everything. Monika could not have been more helpful and all the guys at the restaurant were great.

Wifi coverage could have been better, but that was a small price to pay for such a great apartment in such a wonderful location.

Breakfast is a short walk at a nice restaurant. Great location in the middle of old town.

At breakfast the staff were not very accommodating to things outside of the offerings for my daughter. One of our group had to leave due to the sewerage smell in their room. Probably difficult to prevent given it's in the old town. Vehicle not allowed in so you have to carry your bags or pay a porter.

tuba oli üsna hämar, vaadet ei olnud. Saan aru, et tegemist iidse majaga ja sooja kliima pärast on väikesed aknad, aga vannitoa akna taga oli kliimaseadme kast, see häiris pisut. Prügikasti tõstsime ise vannituppa, seal läks seda rohkem vaja.

Marvellous place! Our room was quite big, one double bed. The owner was so patient and make a lot attention for details. There was good restaurant with nice breakfast.

One little minus - it’s impossible to come with car because it placed in old town.

This classic room was so comfortable and had everything I needed for a memorable stay in Dubrovnik. It was spacious and classy with a sense of culture

The apartment was lovely. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices showed variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt well looked after and absolutely loved our stay. The location is right at the heart of old town and close to every attraction. Would stay again.

Monika fulfilled my wishes in advance, e.g. she bought flowers, champagne and strawberries! thank you very much for this! Location was excelent and breakfast was good. Host and employees was all so very kind and helpfull. Bed in the deluxe king room was good!

Bed wasnt so good at the king studio.it was too soft because there were several mattress pads on top of each other. We changed room to deluxe king after a small accident and there the water boiler made a strange noise, but they said they would fix it and i trust that they fix it.

The apartment is located in the old town just behind the "walk of Shame" stairs. Close to shops and restaurants. It's very handy as we want to stay in the town to visit places like city of walls & Dubrovnik old town. The apartment staffs are very kind & helpful especially Monica & Dino. Dino met us on the way to apartment as we are lost. They do offer a discount too if you dine it to the restaurant "Narrow Street". The apartment is very nice and it has the facilities you need.

Fantastic location. Easy to get in. No need for keys ( there were 4 of us!!) very quiet. Tasty breakfast . Monika was so lovely to deal with

The hot water didn’t last very long and the pillows were not super comfortable
