Property was clean and full of all the amenities anyone would need. BeAutiful golf course and ocean view.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We would definitely stay here again. There is no designated parking spot, and the general guest parking spot in front of the unit was taken by other guests quite often. Not too big a deal since there is guest parking throughout the property, but sometimes we did end up parking a few buildings away. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The only hiccup was the laundry unit was broken when we arrived and throughout our stay, but the management group did compensate us for this inconvenience. That said, we would still recommend this rental to other travelers.

We loved this house. It was close to the beach and to the shops.

We absolutely loved our 2-week stay at Pili Mai. There were other VRBO listings in this condo area but we particularly appreciated this unit’s proximity to the pool, letting us easily use it daily… for a whole day or just popping over for an hour… or just using the BBQ grills to cook dinner, etc. The unit was very clean and had beautiful views. There was AC which was heaven-sent for our June visit. Not sure we could have rented a place sans AC. There is a cooling limit of 75 degrees because it’s so expensive there but it was better than nothing! The couch and chairs in the main room are more comfortable than they appear to be in the photos on VRBO. We loved the views and golf neighborhood walks. We had a couple issues (TV, ice-maker, washing machine) that were handled expeditiously by the property manager. Really really great communication and attention from Vacasa which was much appreciated. The main inconvenience was no washing machine for the 2-week stay so we had to drive to/from Lihue to spend time/money using a Laundromat… which - I get… things break and require time to receive a new unit… it was just a bummer to take time out of our vacay to go do that. Vacasa reimbursed us some $$ for the loss of an amenity. We appreciated the welcome snacks and access to the beach umbrella, body boards, beach chairs. Definitely used the fabulous kitchen to cook many meals. Great value… if we come back to Poipu we would definitely want to stay here again.

Super clean and spacious for our family of six. The kitchen is well equipped, and we really enjoyed having the boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, and cooler for our day excursions. Beautiful peekaboo view of the ocean from the lanai, and breathtaking mountains from the front porch. This unit is also close to the pool without being loud, which was a huge hit with our four kiddos. Short drive to Poipu beach or walk down to the shops and restaurants. Complex grounds are lovely and quiet. No road noise or rowdy neighbors. The only minor drawback is that the golf course maintains their grounds quite early, so we did hear machinery for about 15 minutes every morning. Not a big deal. Excellent stay! We will be back.

Couldn't ask for more!

This was a great place to stay for our family of four! We come to the South side often and will be adding this to my list of preferred locations. It was a relaxing getaway and the view is very nice. This place has all amenities needed, and the kitchen is a gourmet kitchen, the only item I missed was a muffin tin for baking cupcakes for my daughter's birthday, but that wasn't a big problem since my ohana lives on the island. The home is conveniently located near the pool and fitness center. I would definitely consider returning here again!

The beds were very comfortable and the balcony with the view of the golf course was The Best! I would have given this place 5 stars but the washer was very loud and would bang and slide when washing laundry. The washer has a moldy smell as well. We requested a late check out a month before our trip only to find out we were denied the day before we were leaving. This was very inconvenient because my family of 5 had a late flight at 8:30pm so we were pretty much homeless until our flight. This was very disheartening because we would have like to enjoy our last day in Hawaii 😢. Other then those two unpleasant experience’s we had a wonderful time and the condo was very clean and relaxing. Thank you! -Family who loves Hawaii

Very clean and well maintained. The management company was very attentive. When we had a question about the TV controls, someone showed up within a few hours.

Great condo! Clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds and pool. Upstairs bedroom and loft separated from downstairs rooms allowed for privacy for two couples sharing the condo. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for us. i have 3 boys and they stayed in the upstairs room and loft. they slept comfortably on the bed and sofa bed. we had a great view of the ocean and golf course. . The condo had great cool breezes in the room, but we had air conditioning when needed. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The washing machine and dryer were top of the line. My only complaint was parking. We have a garage space, but its very small and we have to leave the car before we go in as it will be very tight. we have to close the side view mirrors to fit through the garage. there is only 1 visitor space near the property and most of the time is taken. besides that, we had a wonderful time in poipu kauai staying in your beautiful condo!

The location was beautiful with awesome views every morning and evening. Perfectly located for eating and sights. Home was very well furnished and up to date. We will be staying here again.

Well-appointed 2BD 2BA second-story condo in a prime location. Beautiful golf course and ocean views from the balcony (where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks), pool views from the front landing. We were lucky that the guest parking spot for the building, within sight of the front door, was always available during our week-long stay. This was a family trip for two couples so having bedrooms and living areas on separate floors meant we had our own spaces to retreat to. Really appreciated the full-size washer and dryer, and the beach chairs, cooler and extras in the garage. We used the fitness center (treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, rower, all-in-one weights machine, TRX-style bands, circular dumbells, bosu balls) and the pool nearly every day. Loved the welcome gifts from Vacasa on the afternoon of our arrival. The unit is as lovely in person as it appears in the photos. Would book again.

It was the first time for me and I was surprised. Great location, stunning house fully equipped for comfort living and clean.

This 2 bedroom condo was very clean and well kept. 1st and 2nd Floor bedrooms. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances, washer/dryer, beach accessories and included a single, small garage. Great view from the patio facing West onto the golf course - many nice sunsets. Although, the patio was small, and not well suited for larger gatherings. Pool was next door - and great BBQ facilities throughout the complex. Need to keep windows closed at night - golf course lawn movers outside your window every morning at 5:30 AM. Owner controls the A/C thermostat to a minimum setting of 75 DegF, which they lowered to 73 DegF upon request. This made it difficult to sleep. Disappointed with this, given the premium price we paid for the unit. All in all, a good experience.

Nice condo on Kiahuna Golf Course. Sitting on the lanai was enjoyable watching golfers and feeling the tropical breezes. Can see the ocean too. The sitting room was an extra bonus area. Beautiful Kauai pictures throughout the condo.

This was a great condo to share with friends. You had separation in sleeping accommodations, so everyone felt like they had their own privacy. Very clean, and nice location. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing we wished we had was a water/ice tea pitcher. Only disappointment was the thermostat. It was locked at 75 degrees, and you could not lower beyond that temp. Frustrating for the price we paid - you should be able to set the air and heat to a comfortable temperature for the paying guest. Would of also liked access to basic cleaning supplies since our stay was 11 days. Wood floor swifter and bathroom cleaning supplies would of been appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this condo if you are visiting Kauai.

The place was perfect. Plenty of room, beautiful property, great location, and even a garage full of beach chairs, boogie boards, and other supplies. Highly recommend this property.

8G Pili Mai worked out very well for 3 generations. Close to pool and Poipu, walking distance to shopping center, beautiful views.

We like Pili Mai and have stayed here before. This unit (8G) was one of our favorites. Views across the golf course to the ocean were great. Beds were super comfortable (not too soft - always hard to get the perfect mattress but these were so great!). Unit was very clean, everything we wanted in kitchen was provided. Super cute welcome kit with coffee and a couple juices was so great since we got in late and had to get up early for our first adventure the next day. Great stay. Pool is nice but a little more crowded now than a couple years ago (I think the place is now finished when it used to be under construction, also there are full time residents who live here). Would definitely book again!

I have to say the property was perfect for our family of four. It was well appointed and had everything that you would need. Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Close enough to walk to the beach, food and shopping. The pool was nice and very close to the condo. Would definitely stay again and in fact did not want to leave.

I would recommend this place again and again! It was beautiful and in a perfect location. Close enough to beaches, shopping, etc but away from all the resorts and hotels.

We had the best time! The condo was above and beyond our expectations! The layout was perfect for two couples and an extra person for a night or two! The view from the porch was beautiful every morning with out coffee! The pool was great and well maintained! The location was perfect and central to everything, but was still quiet and restful! We would be back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. My family stayed in condo 8G for 10 nights in December. The condo was perfectly furnished, in a great location, and had a beautiful and relaxing view. The kids loved the proximity to the pool, and we all loved how easy it was to get to the beach or Poipu Village for morning coffee. Having a multi-level unit with various sleeping areas was great for our group. The kitchen is well outfitted, and we hosted dinner for extended family one night. I highly recommend the unit, and can't wait to return.
