Place is awesome and very well kept.

Location is a bit away but if you have a car or plan to take a taxi it's a great deal.

This place was unreal.....

The house was roomy and comfortable. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful! The facility was secure, and the are was relatively quiet!

the decorations and close proximity to a school. I like also the entrance way with private driveway and gate for added security.

there were limited electrical outlets . the closeness of neighbors

He was a good help came from his home to help me find location and had a flat tire and he pointed me to get help for that to awesome person and will stay again very soon

Luiz was soo nice. It’s a good thing he was standing outside close to our ETA because our phones didn’t work when we first arrived in rocky point for phone calls. Luiz made us feel safe and comfortable. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It certainly made the vacation easier since several activities in Rocky point were canceled.

There was construction next door so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony during the day. It wasn’t a big deal. We probably could have asked them to pause if we could get their attention.

I loved the people that own the residence. Very sweet friendly people. I felt safe there because I was able to park my SUV inside the yard and the gate is locked. No one to bother us but if we needed them their only a call away. The front door has a wrought iron gate that my boy friend was told we can bring our own lock to lock it. This residence is super clean and in a great location with Burger King close by on the main Road. And taco stands not far from the home. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you all for great hospitality you made us feel at home. Tina & Cesar...
