We were celebrating a 50th anniversary and special birthdays and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The house and yard were perfect and the host was so helpful with tips for our visit to Silverwood. Thank you so much.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was centrally located making it easy to get places. The area was quiet. The house had all the amenities we needed making the stay very enjoyable. We were very grateful to the attention to detail.

We are greatly grateful for your wonderful, amazing and lovely house. We had very nice time there, clean and light bedrooms, sweet kitchen…. The house was absolutely clean and comfy. We stayed there 24 people…. well, we didn’t have a lot of space but we wanted to be together, that was our goal…. To have time with our Lord and we had an amazing time.

This was an amazing home to stay in. I took my youth group to Coeur D’Alene for a weekend retreat and wanted to try something other than a hotel. I have never did a home rental before and was very blessed to choose this home and Emilyanne was so amazing with being patient with me. When we walked in the home she personalized a welcome note for us and had treats for us as well! She provided a s’mores kit for us and it was a huge hit for our teen! We adults liked it too! The house space was plenty for 16 of us which was what I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to unplug from things. There were several board games and even a corn hole setup! All in all we had an awesome time connecting with God and it wouldn’t have been the same if we went to a hotel. Emilyanne thank you once again for hosting us and perhaps we can plan for a winter retreat some time!

It was clean, and we had a warm welcome… I regret I have to leave a bad review. So much went array and it was an awful experience. We were traveling with our kids ages 7/8/9, we were contacted during our stay via text and email. We were clearly being watched 24/7 on the cameras. The location is very ghetto with very loud neighbors. For the price and expectations in extra contracts and extra deposits we were required to sign it was very disappointing. Very little amenities and watered down soap. One tide pod for beach towels ONLY. Lots of locked closets. It’s a split level home that has been very nicely remodeled. They have good tastes in decor. We felt very uncomfortable after being contacted about how long we were in the hot tub. ( camera outside) We were told 30 minutes minimum. The inside manual says 45 minutes and the contract says 2 hours per day. We were charged 100.00 for checking out 15 minutes late. Due to three small children being with us, we had to run back in fast for a potty break. We were accused of not showering before we used the hot tub, she accused us of having more guests than we said, all of this can be proven with cameras. She was just trying to stiff us. It was just a little strange and unsettling. We were told we didn’t wash the towels and we did. I would not recommend, and definitely not kid friendly!
