The property was great! Right on the water with relaxing views to drink morning coffee and relax. Sunset bar and grill is a great way to end the evening with spectacular view of the sun going down and good food.

Amazing location and amenities!

This property at Little Harbor is right by the water where you may see dolphins and manatees! It’s a cute little beachy condo and it was super clean.

Everything was great except the shower. It only had half a door therefore the floor flooded no matter what. Also only 1 coffee pod for 2 people for 2 mornings. Not a problem to bring some it just should be in listings

If you're seeking a low-maintenance escape, this is your spot. We loved both pools. The larger pool was heated, and the smaller pool was more secluded. We spotted dolphins multiple times in the nearby waterway. The private beach was awesome, and both restaurants were conveniently within walking distance. Although we didn't dine there, the prices seemed reasonable. The weekend nightlife at Sunset Grill and Beach Bar was lively! The only issue we encountered was a faulty outlet for the Keurig, easily resolved by relocating it. The fitness facility exceeded expectations, surpassing typical hotel gyms. The room was very clean, and we felt very safe as we frequently saw security. Definitely would go back.

The overall property was nice and our unit had nice waterfront with views of dolphins, pelicans and boats. The unit itself could’ve used a dresser or cabinet or even under bed drawers for clothes. Ironing board but no iron, had to push up the shower by putting finger inside faucet and pushing it up as shower knob was stripped. Only 1/2 shower panel so water leaked out on to floor and toilet paper holder always got wet so we ended up moving toilet paper. Bed was comfortable. Lots of time spent driving to beaches, restaurants and shopping. I couldn’t load vrbo app on my phone as it required iOS 16.0 or higher so I had no communication other than when we arrived we got a welcome email. I kept trying to communicate but I needed the app which I couldn’t download. There was no information binder in the room regarding what do we do upon checkout? Do we pull linens, empty trash, set the thermostat at a certain level etc etc.

There was no mention of the beach parking costing. I am unable to walk to get in therefore had to pay. The beach was one of the reasons I picked your condo.

We had a really good time at our Ruskin property. Nice pool great restaurants and easy beautiful scenery! We could walk to any of our destinations at Little Harbor. The only negative is the condo is very small and we did get tired of being in such a small space. Otherwise, great time!

Nice stay

Needed a break from reality and stumbled upon Little Harbor in Ruskin FL. The apartment was perfect for two and we were able to walk to two pools, a hot tub, two bar/restaurant choices, a private beach and beautiful sunsets. Food and drinks cost more than expected, but it was only for the weekend so we managed.

First, all the good -- this property was SPOTLESS. Good location, great communication, and WELL worth the price. We would definately stay again if we are in the Tampa/Ruskin area. We enjoyed the Sunset Bar and Grill every night we were there and Hooks for the occasional lunch. The workout facility is fantastic and the deeper pool was wonderful. The jacuzzi is not heated and we heard that has been an ongoing issue -- but didn't really effect us. The shampoo dispenser did not work and the hair dryer really needs to be replaced. It is cracked and a fire hazard. Our only complaint: Please get blackout curtains. That light outside is as bright as day and your curtains are not sufficient to block it out. We duct taped a towel to the light to keep it from keeping us awake. Other than that, your place is great -- and you describe it well on the site -- it is NOT a traditional VRBO place -- it is a hotel room with some cooking options -- but we didn't go there to cook. Anyone who says it is not clean is nuts. Thank you!

The property is excellent for couples that want to spend a relaxing stay away from the every day rush. The amenities are great and Marilin is an excellent host. Definitely we will staying again in the future.

Owner did not respond when asking which unit, took several calls texting and leaving voicemails before getting a response. Then the power went out early our first morning with no answer or call back to check the status, we were not sure if we needed to wait on someone to enter our room to fix which delayed our day. We ended up just leaving and hoping we had air when we got back.

We enjoyed the stay. Clean room with everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. Loved having quick access to the pool and beach area. Great restaurants and wonderful local breakfast spots to eat.

A picture is worth a thousand words is the best way to describe this property. The size of the unit is best described as a hotel room but the way the space is utilized makes it seem much larger. It was absolutely perfect for two people. We had everything we needed for a four night stay including coffee and essentials to get us started. The bed was comfortable too. Let’s talk about the view and location. WOW. Walk right out your door for a beautiful sunrise. We also saw dolphins and manatees swimming daily. The location was also quiet and off the beaten path a little. It is just a few steps from the pool, playground and other amenities. It the pool is not your thing just a few more steps to the beach area where you can rent chairs for only 5.00 a day. Both of the restaurants on property where also very nice. There is not much else to do in Ruskin itself but it’s a easy drive to Tampa and we actually enjoyed the area for what it has to offer. Besides you don’t have to leave the resort.

A lovely condo located in a quiet and serene area! 2 pools, whirlpool, private beach, beach bar and grill and another restaurant on the property! You'll need a car as grocery stores, etc are not within walking but once you get what you need, you won't want to leave the property. Lush plants, trees and flowers abound. My host, Marilin, was super helpful and accommodating. This condo is less than 40 minutes from the Tampa airport.

What a crazy weekend was had. From check in to check out the communication was amazing. She even put rose pedals and champagne in the room when we arrived (coordinated). There’s a “beach” very close and a beach bar right there too. It was just a great experience. Will be back!

I had a wonderful stay in this VRBO unit, an efficiency apartment in a beautiful bayside resort. I've stayed in other units in the complex, and there's just no comparison. THIS BEAUTIFUL ground-floor unit was airy, very clean, well-lighted, smelled good, and tastefully decorated. It had clean, plentiful linens, a great shower, cooking equipment with pretty dishes and utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, shampoo, etc., a good-size "mini" fridge, and a nice TV. I appreciated the kitchen-size trash can and extra supplies. You park at your door, which makes it easy to unpack the car. Super comfy bed. During the time I was there, the place was quiet - just what I needed. Beautiful, breathtaking sunrises over the water to enjoy with your morning coffee on the porch just outside the door. Gorgeous pool right on the water accessible with key fob. Nice little beach area with equipment rentals. Very good gym/workout area accessible with key fob. Pier for fishing. Fishing charter boats and dolphin tour boats are also on the property. Nice playground for the kids. There's not a store of any type on the property, so be sure to bring everything you need. If not, there are lots of little stores and a regular grocery store just up the road in Ruskin. The restaurant on the property is wonderful, and their prices are very fair. I looked forward to dinner and a glass of wine there every night. You can't beat the live music and sunset view from the restaurant, with St. Petersburg twinkling in the distance as the sun sets over Tampa Bay. It's a rare treat to enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from your "home" every day. I've recommended this unit to several friends. Extremely responsive and thoughtful host. I'm already checking my calendar for a return trip to this specific unit. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at this facility was amazing. Not only was the facility overall as described but it was a beautiful location and the facilities were excellent. I would make one small suggestion that for every room a ride up be left as to like for the laundry room is, where the game room is and how to get into it, location location of stores and restaurants in the area. That would be more than helpful for those not from the Ruskin area. We will definitely use your facility again and have recommended it to many people. Thank you again.

Issues with check in - door code was never changed and waited over an hour to get in.

Beds were not comfortable.Room and property was clean. Only had 2 grills outside to use.Outside porch light stays on all night and the curtains are thin and the room stays lit up all night. Was very difficult to sleep in the bright room at night.Views out the room was beautiful. Overall peaceful place to stay. Have to drive off property for miles to find shopping or convenience stores.On-site restaurants are expensive.

We had a blast ! Walking on the beach looking for shells on one side of the property and on the other side watching sting rays, manatees and dolphin family !! The food at Hooks was delicious!!
