Ubytovanie bolo krasne. Vongu bol gril s terasou a krbom. Vo vnutri sprchovy kut s toaletou, k dispozicii bol fen a mydlo. Apartman bom jednopochodovy, na prizemi bola dobre vybavena kuchyna, klima a rozkladaci gauc a na poschodi manzelska postel. Ubytovanie bolo pekne a prijemne. Okoloe tiche a pokojne.

Na poschodi bolo teplejsie ako na prizemi ale pri pustenej klime ak sa poobede do vecera vyklimuje, apartman dobre drzi teplotu. Na poschodi nizsia strecha ale nic co by narusalo celkovy dobrypocit.

The location is super, the equipment and the terrace too.

We stayed at Cozy Bungalows in July/Aug 2023. The bungalow was spotlessley clean and very tastefully decorated. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen and a small, very attractive garden with great views of the surroundings, The location was fantastic, only a short (7-10) minute walk down to the beach. The way back is a bit steep but shouldn't be an issue for a normally healthy person. We actually loved our stay there with the exception of the issues highlighted below.

The sleeping area was very poorly ventilated and incredibly hot. We knew from the listing that it was situated in the attic of the property so this wasn't such a surprise. But, the main issue was the lack of air, the aircon unit wasn't really effective up there. It worked great in the living room but didn't reach the bedroom. Also the small window gave minimal airflow. It would have been a great idea to have installed velux windows in the roof to bring natural light and provide some fresh air to the bedroom area. There was a lack of stability wtih the WIFI signal. The parking spaces are quite small even for a normal sized car. Communication with the management company was OK, they were very professional and helpful but I feel having someone on site to react quicker to questions/issues would be beneficial.

The accomodation was very well equipped. It was around 5 min in a walking distance from the beach. There was everything necessary in the bungalow for a good holiday stay. We like to spend time on the terrace. The parking was in front of the bungalow. We really enjoyed the stay and we can surely recommend this accomodation.

The owner was great, the bungalow was extra clean, with style. Equipment in the bungalow was great, everything in place.

Despite the well thought-out concept of the apartment/bungalow, the ceiling is really too low, the stairs too steep, with small treads, very clumsy. obvious lack of space. we always had the feeling that we would hit our heads somewhere. A big minus is the fact that there is no TV. Renting an apartment/bungalow without a TV today is unbelievable to me.

Bungalow was really tiny, but very nice equipped with everything you need. It was very short walk from the beach and Portoroz beach walk. Of course it was into quite a steep hill, but we measured it and it was about 7 minutes walk, which was really ok. Down the hill there was a bus stop for buses going to Piran.

Even though the bathroom was very nice, it could use a little bit more care during cleaning. Also as the reviews sad, it gets very hot in the sleeping attick, so we had to use the A/C to at least chill it a little bit. Sitting in the small porch is very nice but bare in mind that you are very close to your neighbours.

We rented apartments for 2 nights. Very cozy and clean, there is everything for cooking. The owner is very friendly, we were able to chech-in earlier and left later than check-out, thanks for owner. The beach is 5-7 minutes away, there is Parking.
