LOCATION is terrific.

Unit smelled musty. There was dirt and dust in the corners. I found used dental flossers on the closet floor. Lamp didn’t work in living room area, light above stove didn’t work. And for the price they could provide a box of Kleenex. Need was so sift we rolled into the middle all night.

my first two weeks I stayed in the apartment of the picture I booked it for the two more weeks they put me in a different apartment. The second apartment was a roach infested so if you have roaches, lots of roaches, then stay there.

Palm Beach Hotel was great, but the Vacasa sub booked room through Booking.com was substandard, not maintained, and riddled with problems.

The building is historical and parts of it have been lovingly restored. I would love to have been able to read more about the history of the building and maybe even see pictures but there was very little information available at the property. The room I was in was was decorated nicely and was clean. The pool area of the condo is beautiful. I spent a lot of time out there unfortunately it was closed 3 days during my stay. The beach is only a 10 minute walk from the condo and are restaurants and shops nearby.

The parking situation is a complete disaster. Off street parking is only from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. day parking is limited to 1 hour. During the day in the day you have to move your car every hour, park illegally or go up the block and pay the park. I think some of the other units provide parking passes but not this unit. The plumbing in the building is very old every time we would wash dishes in the kitchen sink the bathroom sink wood plug up and block up and vice versa. The water that would come up in the sink had a terrible sulfur stench to it. The room also did not have a hair dryer in 2021 what kind of over night lodging does not have a hair dryer? Even motel 6 has a hair dryer. The lobby reeks of mold the moment you walk in the door. It's very overpowering.The hallways are not well ventilated so by one o'clock in the afternoon they're very hot and smell like a 3rd world country between people cooking, and the trash rooms. I kept a candle burning in my room almost constantly to fight the stench of the hall from creeping under the door. I received a message from the property asking if I could do a load of laundry before I left. I think it's kind of ridiculous for a property to ask me to wash the towels and linens, especially since the laundry facilities are not free. I asked for a late check out since my plane did not leave until 6:00 p.m. I was told I would receive an email giving me the details on how to navigate that. When I inquire later in the week I was told that late checkout was not available due to covid period of course that's nonsense they could have given me 2 hours at least.

I didn't get the product that I was paid for! The lockbox was not they sent The access to the beach is not at 500 mts how they said And the Worst: I received an email in which advised that all neccessary passes for street parking will be left at the unit before my arriving and that wasn't True and in Palm Beach the authorized parking on the street between 9am and 6 pm is only for 1 hour!
