This property is old and in need of refurbishment, but in a great location on the beach. The property was just what was needed for two guys going to a race, but neither one of us would bring our spouses, kids or grandkids. Rustic and in need of updating, this includes the pools, (not in use or functioning), the elevators, (more out of order than working), and other amenities, just perfect for a coulple of guys out for a weekend of fun and racing, There's a lid for every pot and this one was good for us this trip!

Sunrise joy was very clean and well stocked the location was great the vasca staff was amazing I will stay here again

The appartement was exactly as described, beds very comfortable and a real little kitchen. But we were so disappointed discovering there is no pool! The 3 of them are empty, everything outside is broken, it looks so creepy! They have a nice inside pool but it was closed!! It’s unacceptable to rent without advising this huge detail!

No contact check-in; clean Room with balcony view;?- all plus+++ Bad news? No working for spa, hot tub or outdoor pools…ocean hood tho.

Let’s start here when I got to the condo we couldn’t park for a whole HOUR. Me & 7 kids drove in circles for a hour due to the hotel not having enough parking and the parking garage was CLOSED! They final just let us park in the drop off area and agreed not to tow me since it was not where to park. The. We get to the room and the room is not at all a condo it’s nothing and I mean NOTHING like the photos I paid for on booking.com they room was so small there was only 3 beds no couch no bar nothing like what I was supposed to get. They bathroom light would t turn on my whole stay so we showered 7 kids in the dark. Also the microwave didn’t work so we had to go downstairs and ask to use theirs and wasn’t allowed die to our room being a PRIVATE OWNER! I’ve been calling calling calling no one has gotten back to me. They claim to have put in a urgent ticket for me still no supervisor will call me back. It’s ridiculous and I would like my money back!

The beach and the pool were perfect. The room shabby with a bad smell inside. I don't recommend it.

Loved the few and easy access to pool and beach. Little small but that was expected.

Ocean view! Kid area! Two pools outside, one inside! Bar for drinks and food. The food was great. Pricey but expected! Walk out on the beach. We could leave our towels at the pool. I want to go back there every year for vacation!! Room was small but perfect for my daughter and I. Absolutely loved the location and the beach and during the Fourth of July so many people shooting off fireworks. It was awesome!!
