That I could stay with my dog. The staff was very nice. The garden beautiful, and location.

The room was very dark and when you entered the room it always smell very humid and it was very dark, and yes I know it is Mykonos but it was super noisy bc of the music until 4 am even with the windows closed.

Woke up to construction work happening next to the property.

A unique location in the centre of Mykonos town. I was lucky to have a lovely 1st floor room/balcony overlooking the garden, with colourful trees and shrubs full of birdsong, early morning and evening! Exquisite! The twin bedded room was spacious and comfortable. The reception is located in the Hotel Fresh, very close by, where Jenny and Angeliki were very helpful! Angeliki was a lovely presence in the evenings, providing me with lots of useful local information. I enjoyed my two week stay here very much and look forward to a return next year!

First of all, contact the Hotel before arrival and they will organize transfer from the port for you. As it's located in the city center you'll still have to walk like 5-8 minutes down the street to another neighboring hotel (same owner) where you'll get greeted and get your keys and all the information you may need. The staff is very friendly and willing to help! And after that you have your room in downtown close to everything! A bottle of water was very useful. And the recommendations from the staff about places to eat were good. At check-in don't forget to ask the safe box key, otherwise you'll have to walk back to reception to get it.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, and a huge window to the balcony was a big plus but it was right next to other rooms doors. Music in the evening from a restaurant next to the hotel is quite laud. At some point you can easily hear your neighbors, and I'm personally sorry if we did disturb them at night, but It's Mykonos, you party till the morning.
