This is a one of a kind property in Deer Valley! My family and I go to DV every year and just landed last year on this property and have now stayed there twice. It’s huge - with 8 BRs - necessary b/c we have a lot of adult kids. It is also the most generously accessorized place we’ve ever stayed - especially in the kitchen! Tons of pots, pans, plates, cooking utensils, etc — literally everything you could need. We spend a ton of time in the game room that has a pool table card table, and a huge wood burning fireplace…. With two TVs and music you can play through an excellent system. The movie theatre is awesome as well. Most importantly, it is very close to snow park lodge which allows you to taxi people to/from the mountain as needed. I’d highly recommend this place for large families!

Amazing place. Pictures don't do it justice. Lightning struck nearby taking out the Wi-Fi. Athena building management was impressively helpful, within 45 minutes setting us up with mobile Wi-Fi and fixing the problem the next day.

The house is so enjoyable and the views are amazing! This home is an absolute gem!! Having said that, it needs attention in the downstairs area. The heating/cooling was uncomfortable in the extreme. It was so hot that we had to set up fans in the hall to direct the heat out while we slept with windows, patio doors, & bedroom doors open to draw the December air through the rooms. We even turned off the thermostat for our last five days but the bedroom area would not cool because the server room that is also in the bedroom hallway stayed overheated. This was really our only issue with the house itself. The concierge service that hosts this rental, unfortunately, did not live up to its promises. I absolutely take into account the facts that we stayed between the busy Christmas and the New Year season and that Covid was still a problem. I am willing to give grace to anyone still working through the pandemic during what is likely the busiest week of the year. Mistakes and unforeseen circumstances will absolutely happen, but given all of that, we had a gross amount of problems. Slow communication resulted in our not being able to book excursions due to sellouts. I submitted our grocery list a day ahead of the deadline. The delivery service failed & our Sunday delivery didn't arrive until Tuesday after the concierge went shopping for our order. I booked an arrival meal that never showed. We weren't notified of this & our concierge admitted that he missed the email & didn't seem concerned by the fact that we weren't eating until I became angry. They did try to make it right, after that, by providing us with a pizza meal that we called in. We were told that the hot tub wasn't working two days before arrival and that it would be fixed while we were there...it wasn't. Again, I know that there the season & times are can be trying but reliable businesses know this ahead of time and plan for it. I was told via text that "this is not the luxury service we had promised" & that they looked forward to "discussing at length how we can make this right with you." That never happened, either. This last broken promise was the biggest disappointment of all. I believe in giving chances to make things right and I like to think that I am able to be equitable and leave room for error. But when you don't follow through with an offer to make amends then you leave yourself open to an honest review.

We had the most amazing trip! The house was immaculate, everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and the management group was great from the date I booked the place. They went above and beyond. I couldn’t have been happier with the house. I would definitely go back there with my family & friends.
