The host is very easy to work. The house is very clean and great for groups of four. Plenty of parking.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, with a front porch and a back deck to enjoy outdoor time. The location is ideal, with easy access to get to hiking trails, shopping, and for day trips to surrounding area. The sauna and hot tub made for a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking. Booking process, check in and check out were top-notch. Highly recommend!

This property is nestled in the hills of Sedona. The views are spectacular -- the most scenic grilling that I have ever done! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our only suggestion would be a curtains/drapes of some sort for the glass wall in the master bath. Other than that, the house was perfect and as advertised. Our only regret is that our stay was too short! We could have spent many more enjoyable days/nights here.

This home was perfect for our family trip. Had all the things to relax at the end of the day. Kitchen stocked nicely to stay in and prepare meals. Close to town and many trails. Was very quiet, comfortable and clean.

This was a siblings with spouses trip. The house was lovely with space for everyone. The hot tub (pristine) was a wonderful bonus. Would recommend for any group.

We all enjoyed our stay with the added bonus of the hot tub and sauna. The family had not been together for months and the house was very accommodating for our group of young adults and mom and dad. Easy drive to town and trails. Walkable to town if you wanted to.

Lovely place tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Sedona. Very close to town. Place felt very comfortable, clean and organized. Hot tub and Sauna were easy to use and great at the end of day. owner was was quick to respond and very helpful.

So many thoughtful touches for guests. Great communication with Joel. Definitely will be back.

My group of 4 stayed in this lovely home for 4 nights while visiting the beautiful town of Sedona. We had a great stay, the house was exactly as advertised and on par with the other reviews. Check in was easy, the house was clean upon arrival, the hot tub was clean and warm (we did not use the sauna so I can't speak to that) and the house was conveniently located to everything we did- excursions (pink jeep tour, Sunrise hot air balloon ride, Water to wine kayak tour) and many hiking trails and food (grocery store and restaurants). The house is in a quiet (and dark!) neighborhood so it was very relaxing and comfortable for our group. Thank you for opening up your home to us for a few nights, we had a wonderful time.

We so enjoyed our stay at this property! All three couples had their own private bathroom; we loved the hot tub, and it was very well stocked! Very comfortable and a great location! Nice bath products, too! 😊

We were only able to stay here for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! This is a beautiful house that is tucked back in an equally beautiful neighborhood that is totally removed from the hustle and bustle of Sedona while being very close! It is nice and quiet, a fantastic place to relax and unwind after all the busyness of the day. It has every amenity you could ask for and the hosts are very accommodating. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a day of walking! There is plenty of room for a family to spread out and not be crowded. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona! Love it and appreciate your hospitality!

Peaceful, comfortable, clean, and cute. Off the main drag a little, which made it quiet. Still within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, and Sedona vacations rentals or activities.

The home was lovely just as it shows in the pictures. The location was in a quiet area in West Sedona. Easily accessible to all Sedona has to offer. We had a wonderful trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful (non cookie-cutter) home. Loved the variety of artwork which gave it a comfortable and local vibe. The home was VERY clean when we arrived. It was the perfect space for my family of 4, parents, and adult brother with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals (including crock pot, loaf pan, pots/pans and coffee maker), and home is located near a Safeway. We did arrive on Christmas Day and when we got there EVERYTHING was closed (including grocery store), so we were fortunate to find an Indian food restaurant which seemed to be the only place open to get food! While staying there we easily ventured out to the city of Jerome (old historic ghost town), Tlaquepaque shopping center, Chapel of the Holy Cross, and Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock hikes. Communication with he property manager was quick and easy and very thorough. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable abode for your Sedona getaway!

This property was awesome. Great location. Numerous amentities, sauna, jacuzzi, deck with BBQ and an awesome view of the mountains. Very quiet neighberhood, perfect for a family vacation.

The house was clean and served our purpose. We used it as a home base to shower and sleep so did not take advantage of the hot tub or grill but they were a nice added option. Beds were comfortable. Smaller kitchen but since we weren’t cooking any meals at the home it was fine for us. There was a water issue that was out of owners control and he tried to resolve it quickly.

Great property, very responsive host, centrally located, great back deck for breakfast and front porch for viewing sunsets. Would stay again!

My friends and I really enjoyed the property. It is very conducive to hanging out and chilling. Large dining room table allowed us to play cards in the evening. Beds were comfortable and we all commented on the fact that the bathrooms had full sized organic shampoo / conditoners which was a nice surprise. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances toasters; mixers; etc and noticed many spices/condiments in the cabinets. The hosts also included jars of various sugar and teas. Of note the house does not have cable but you can stream. On the outside we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Watched hot air balloons in the morning. In the back the hot tub felt great after hiking and walking around the town. However we all LOVED the dry sauana. One of life’s pleasure. Views of red rock from the deck was beautiful. Location: this is in West Sedona so we decided on a day trip to Grand Canyon it took about 2-2.5hrs to get to South Rim. Well worth it especially since in January it was so nice and quiet. We took in the wineries on a few days in Page Springs which is about 20 min from house. Also we loved Jerome which is about 25-30 min to get there. The house is centrally located so it worked out great for our travels.

Everything was good with this well located but still little house apart from the owner overreacting with the expectations of cleanliness at departure. They charge a good amount for cleaning but assume you will do most of it, and then charge you extra if you don’t. Been travelling for 10 years with the same group and never had this problem.
