Comfort and politeness

The location was just close enough to Joshua Tree to get there early enough in the morning. I didn't get to experience breakfast, but next time I do a trip to Joshua Tree I will stay here. Kinette was very nice and helpful, especially considering it was Christmas. The pool and hot tub were great, and my room(#3) was comfortable and clean.

I loved your property. I did not have your full breakfast. Vanessa is a wonderful hostess! She is very attentive to guests. My only suggestion is to ask day pass guests to practice a bit more serenity in the pool area. Vanessa was focused on making it a pleasant experience for all of the guests, yet she agreed that sometimes guests come in with a party attitude and are unaware of others' need for a more quiet atmosphere. I did not bring up the subject, she had kindly asked if I was disturbed by other guests, as she very thoughtfully felt the need in the future to emphasis tranquility with some guests. It did not spoil my stay however. Just saying, there was a day couple, very sweet, intent on their own party and Vanessa realized this. Vanessa is a keeper. I was impressed at her work load and at the same time keeping such cheerfully warm and hospitable attention to all the guests. I can say this as having worked in the hospitality business for 10 years and know it is not easy to juggle. For the cost of stay, it might be nice to have some fruit and bakery items with a little milk for coffee in the morning for overnight guests.

Good time for me to getaway alone. Others were there with the same thing in mind plus nice young couples
