We had a great weekend trip. The location was an easy walk to all the bars/restaurants. Was perfect for four people. Would book again

This cute little cottage worked out great for us. Everything was tidy and comfortable. It was great having an assigned parking spot. Very quiet at night even though we shared walls with neighbors. The street (really an alley) was also very quiet. Convenient walking to historic district. With four people it was a little tight sharing one bathroom but we knew that going in.

This was a cute little apartment located walking distance to all things downtown. It includes a parking spot if you are renting a car. It is only a half hour away from Tybee Island, and comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay!

My lifelong friends and I were so happy to stay in this historic cottage. The location made exploring the charming city of Savannah easy - we parked our car and wandered the historic district on foot. The small cottage was cozy on a chilly rainy night. The kitchen is well stocked and a grocery store a few blocks away made it possible for us to dine in during the rainstorm.

Responses were quick and very helpful and appreciated. The place was perfect for our stay. Everything was as described. Warm and cozy. The Thursday we stayed was the only evening external noises crept in. A small dog arriving next door was a bit barky and luckily we always carry a noise machine for sleeping. Otherwise sleeping would have been challenging. I realize the place we rented is not responsible for the dog next door. Just sharing that you can hear well enough from the next housing next door. So if you are not familiar with city sounds or dogs - suggest a noise machine. Also. Parking was great as we left our car parked for most of the stay. When parking - suggest leaving space for the cars next to you to park easily. Maybe park ahead of the other cars or behind - but in your numbered space. Otherwise - the larger vehicles do not allow ease of access to your own vehicle. You may have to go through your trunk if the person isn’t thinking of others when parking. Very snug. Kitchen is loaded with what you need for a short stay. Location was perfect for getting places easily and quickly. Beautiful walks during the day and so many Christmas lights to enjoy on way back. Lovely.

My only very minor gripe was the lighting was pretty dim/low. Fyi, there was no laundry detergent if you plan on washing.

The cottage is very charming with lots of character! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the street is brightly lit at night. Our stay at harmony cottage was great but not perfect. The place itself could benefit from all new light bulbs. It’s nearly impossible to do your makeup, anywhere in the house, day or night, with the current lighting. Two additional adjustments that would make a stay there more enjoyable, would be a full size ironing board and a mirror in each bedroom. The place was very clean and a good find. The neighborhood is beautiful and about a 10min walk from most attractions.

The first night there were people partying outside our window on back porch at 130AM. Next people had a dog that barked all day and until around 1am

Great stay. Intimate accommodations (In a good way). Charming and historic. Clean and had everything we needed for a lovely stay in Savannah. Plenty of clean linen and well stocked kitchen supplies was a plus!

Location location location This cottage was easily accessible to everything whether you wanted to walk, drive yourself or call someone to drive you. Well appointed. Many many DVDs and books to choose from if you have the energy after a day of site seeing. Hope to return.

She is delightful and hard-working and went out of her way to see if our unit was ready while handling a room full of wet people on a rainy day with grace. BUT... None of the other staff interacted with clients, communicated that units that were ready as cleaners came in, or otherwise helped Jamila. They were chatting and drinking beer the entire time we waited. Later, we called Lucky when we noticed an increasing number of dark pellets that appeared to be rodent feces. Nobody came the next day, as promised, and we were never contacted to identify the source to help identify our unusual allergy symptoms as requested. Now the unit: It was interesting to read its role in historic Savannah. Also, whoever took the pictures for the listing is quite talented. We expected to arrive at a quaint, quirky, renovated unit. BUT... We expected better for over $400 per night (including fees). Renovation work is shoddy. Examples are that there are many gaps along walls, unattached posts on the outside stair railing, the dishwasher is not attached, and multiple light fixtures are non-functional or flaky. Cleaning, pest control, and maintenance were disappointing. Large cockroaches entered through the tub drain and the probable rodent feces we reported in the living room were evident on arrival and multiplied. There was gunk on utensils and an overhead light in the bathroom was so full of insects it is dim. Neither stopper in the bathroom is attached, precluding use of a very nice tub with jets, and the vent fan in the bathroom is too weak to do anything, Also, the plants on the deck are nearly dead. Other disappointments include the fact that there are 8 devices and 15 remotes/keypads, but the only instructions provided are how to use the front door keypad.
