The view and size of the condo

The kitchen needs help, not much to cook with ! Leaky faucet in kitchen and hall shower .

The location

Everything else. Booking this property through Booking.com made it confusing to the point of being false advertising. Pictures shown are a mix of two apartments, the larger C29 and the smaller A20. The emails kept being titled Napili Point C29 so when we arrived tired and ready to sleep at 9pm, that's where we headed. Since the same lockbox /door code is the same for both apartments, we thought we were in the right one. It wasn't until after everyone was almost in bed that I had the feeling that we were in the wrong place and called the customer service number where a rude or disinterested representative confirmed my suspicions and implied that it was all my fault or Booking (as a third party) and not the confusing emails, photos, etc. I voiced my dismay at something that could've easily been avoided by titling their emails correctly, including photos of the entrance to the apartment, and not using the same code for both apartments. If the code was different, we would've just kept looking for the right one after failing to get into the wrong one. Next time, we'll just book directly with the resort and not through Booking or Vacasa (the actual company renting the apartments).
