Estaba todo limpio y climatizado acorde al frío que hacía, estuvimos muy cómodos y aunque la estancia fue breve y llegamos cuando recepción ya no estaba abierta, nos lo pusieron muy fácil.

Fue un poco difícil de encontrar, llegamos de noche y las indicaciones no eran muy fáciles, además la dirección con el GPS nos llevó a otro lado, por suerte encontramos a alguien que nos ayudó a llegar.

Parking ,logement , propreté ,petit déjeuner copieux...

Dommage que l'extérieur des batiments est en mauvais état ;on voit que ça manque d'entretien. Facades ,volets etc

Fantastic breakfast

Great location for cycling Mont Ventoux, a private parking space underground is a plus during summer (your car does not stay in the sun the whole day), the apartment was big enough, A/C both in the living room and bedroom.

Reception is almost always empty and nobody works there during Sundays. Instruction emails were only in French even though I specifically asked for them in English. When I could finally check-in the day after I arrived, the receptionist acted like I was not there at all, were talking to some friend, very unprofessional and not polite at all. You have to clean everything in the apartment yourself, otherwise you are charged - never seen this anywhere else. Windows were to the main path where all the residents were walking, looking into your aparment, there was no privacy on the terrace. All the furniture is pretty old. In the bathroom, water was barely dropping from the shower - that was quite unpleasant, if I wanted to take a bath, it would take ages to fill.

Refund policy

Excellent location, adapted to family, friends and to practice bicycle in Mont Ventoux. Swimming pool and jacuzzi zone was perfect after long ride.

Refresh external areas of the villas/appartement

Pleasant accommodation, parking in the garage, good air conditioning, simply but sufficiently equipped kitchen in the apartment. Covered but well ventilated pool.

Breakfast was very poor.

A fresh coat of paint and a coup de karcher would have mad a big difference
