The apartment is in the city centre so everything is close. Inside was a paper with a QR code with recommendations for everything - trips, food. It was really helpful, and the restaurant tips were the best. Because it is in the city centre you should be prepared for some noise from the street in the evening - but we managed without problems.
The flat has air-conditioned so you will appreciate it in the hot weather. The flat was nice and clean.

Location was brilliant! It was clean and modern. It had good kitchen facilities and the sofa bed is large and comfortable. The host was very helpful and replied to questions promptly. He met us at the car park and gave us a card so we could come and go without having to pay for parking. Views of the mountains were stunning!
My only thing would be extra pillows would have been nice and bigger bin for pizza boxes. Otherwise no complaints. Beautiful accommodation!

Very nice clean, modern studio apartment with a large balcony with beautiful views. Lovely & light with efficient aircon & a ceiling fan. There is a washing machine downstairs if you need it too. We would definately stay again & be happy to reccomend it to friends & family.
There was a bit of an issue with the shower head but we got around it & our host was dealing with it as we left.

Right in the heart of the old town so very convenient.
Description of the property doesn't make it clear there is only a sofa bed. Parking is a 5+ minute walk away in a public car park, albeit free, and if you arrive during a busy time of day it can take a while to get a free space.

Everything was perfect, nice clean apartment, located at the center of Malcesine on beautiful piazza, our host Matteo was very friendly and helped us with everything.

Lots of information available about the city/sightseeing/restaurants/sports/... (available as QR-Code, just needed to scan it). That was really nice. Very helpful and friendly host.

The apartment is in the middle of Malcesine.
Very close to shops, restaurants and not directly at a main road with too much traffic - it is very familiar in a small lovely Italian street.
It is very clean and new and all necessary things are included. The kitchen with fridge it perfect to cook for two persons. The car can be parked at a secured parking place which is 5 minutes away.
The best is the wonderful roofgarden where you can relax and see over Malcesine and enjoy your vacation.
The owner of the apartment supports you in any kind of questions.
