House was spotless! Very cute place-unfortunately we were only there for the night so didn't get to enjoy it for long. Would definitely go back if we were in the area again. Good communication. Appreciated not having to do laundry or take out the trash when we left too!

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this by far was our best experience. First, we loved the location. We were planning on only hiking Bryce, but ended up hiking trails in Kodachrome and had lunch at our favorite pizza place in Escalante. Second, this place goes above to make sure you have a comfortable stay. It is also spotless! The towels and sheets were very soft and smelled fresh. We also loved the addition of the chairs on the front porch and sat out in the sun and rested after our long hike. We usually make visiting national parks a yearly thing and now we have found the perfect place to stay! Thank you for a great weekend!

We love this cozy modern cabin for our visits to the Grand Staircase, esp Bryce and Kodachrome. We’ll make it a regular stop.

Perfect spot for our visit to Bryce Canyon

It is exactly what we were looking for. Host was responsive and friendly. Everything we needed was there. Great location, would totally recommend.

We just returned from visiting Bryce Canyon and stayed at this cabin for 2 nights. It was an easy 20 minute drive to the park. Tad was a great communicator and recommended a nearby restaurant and we ended up there both nights. The cabin was clean and spacious and such a comfortable place to come home to after hiking all day! Thanks Tad…we would definitely recommend staying here!

We love this cabin! There was easy parking, the cabin was spotless, the owner was very accommodating and friendly, and there were a lot of nice little touches in the cabin, such as games to play and K- cups for the Keurig.

There are not enough stars for Tad, and his property. The cabin itself is spotless and immaculate. Everything you can imagine is there for you, the cabinets are stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils, and grill utensils are available if you choose to barbecue. Patio has BREATHTAKING views, grill, chairs, etc. Tad is *very* personable and gave great advice for surrounding points of interest. One of the highlights of our trip was the Willis Creek Canyon that he recommended, but he was very careful to caution us about the condition of the road and the weather. He really cares about his guests and is full of knowledge and kindness. He was available before the check-in, (this was our first VRBO rental) and at any time during the stay. I called him one time with a question and he immediately answered. He cares about all your needs. If we had had more than three days there, I could have chatted with him forever. When we come back to Utah, we will give Tad our business, because we were so happy with this stay. There are countless places to explore within driving distance of the property. And honestly, we could have spent 2 weeks there instead of 3 days. Beautiful area and a beautiful property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

This property exceeded our expectations. All comforts and then some. Host thought of all the little things and extremely clean. Tad always got back to us in quick and pleasant manner. We would definitely recommend and come again. Lovely cottage and wonderful experience.

Great location not far from Bryce Canyon National Park. Clean and quiet. Only 4 miles from Tropic, UT which had several places to chose from to eat at. Beautiful view from the back patio. It is on the road to Kodachrome Basin State Park that I wish we had time to visit (the brochures for the state park looked good). Owner lives on site and was very nice.

Where do I begin.....This was an absolutely amazing vacation stay that my adult children and I had. The cabin is perfect for a family as it has everything you need, plus more. The cabin is immaculate and has all the accommodations (stove, microwave, full refrigerator with freezer, BBQ grill, all silverware and utensils, appliances, dishes, dishwasher). It was very quiet, relaxing, and the view from the back porch was remarkable. We had a BBQ dinner the first night and it was wonderful to sit out back and enjoy a good meal with a beautiful view. The owner is very gracious and nice. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bryce Canyon. Did I mention that the cabin is fully electric, has two TVs and games are supplied?! I could go on and on but you must book this cabin and see for yourself. You will be just as pleased as I was.

This cabin was the perfect spot for our trip to Bryce Canyon! Only 20 minutes from the park entrance with a great view from the cabin. The host was super friendly and accommodating during our stay. Cottage was very clean and perfect for our little getaway. Definitely recommend!!

The pictures of the inside didn’t do the place justice. Very nice inside with everything no you need after a full day of hiking. Kitchen was well stocked and the grill with the view out back was great. A glass of wine out back makes for a good evening as well. I met Tad the second day and he was very warm and welcoming.

A house / cabin consist of thousands of components, any one of which can go wrong or need some form of correction. There were NO corrections to be made here! This cabin was beautiful and well thought out. So impressed. We had an absolutely great time that will be remembered.

This was a wonderful getaway. The property was fully functional, extremely clean/new, full kitchen, and a great location near Bryce, Red Canyon, Escalante NM, and Kodachrome State Park. The host is a great communicator and was very knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommend and we will return at some point for a fall/winter visit!

The property is a new group of cabins. They were very clean and well maintained. Situated in a quiet area. Great for couples.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how great this property was. Our experience with Vrbo is that the pictures are always better than reality. This space was simply awesome. Felt brand new (maybe it is). Kitchen was well appointed and stocked with coffee. Room had a very comfortable, big bed. Bathroom was clean and had good water pressure. Finally, we got a chance to speak with Tadas (owner) and he was delightful and helpful. @Tadas - thank you for your hospitality and great property. We will be back for sure!

Don’t let small town Utah deter you from staying within driving distance of what this area has to offer! These cabins are CLEAN, appropriately equipped and quiet! After a day of hiking in less than desirable weather, we came back to the coziest spot! I guarantee you won’t walk around in this vacation home feeling sorry for your socks! Tad and his family pride themselves on keeping their properties in great condition. Thank you for hosting. we will see you again next time we are in the area!

Very clean and organized cabin! I appreciate so much! Nice linens and complete kitchen! The ONLY thing missing is a small table and chairs! Cabin comes even games and cards!

We stayed at this cabin in Cannonville as part of our tour of Utah National Parks. The cabin was in a good location for our visits to Capitol Reef and Bryce NPs. The cabin was neat and clean and had great kitchen equipment. Tadas was so responsive to our questions, helpful when we had a technical issue, and informative with tips for hikes and bike paths in the area. If we are back in the area, we will be sure to stay here!

Well thought out and well stocked with amenities. They are obviously trying to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable. 20 minute easy drive from Bryce. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here as part of a short National Parks road trip. Our experience could not have been better. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed including a beautiful view off our back deck. Tatus was a great host and we recommend this home to anyone traveling in the area

Perfect accommodations, clean, well stocked. Great location, close to Bryce, Kodachrome, Petrified forest, Red Canyon. Grocery shopping, restaurants very close in Tropic. Host is extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this cabin.
