The experience of sleeping in a rent outside of the National Park.
Tent floor wasn’t level or big enough for a king bed.
2.0 / 5.0
The setting in the valley is ok.
Showers have hot water, not to be taken for granted after a cold desert night.
The whole area looks a bit like a construction site.
Staff is more complaining about the booking (and overbooking) policy of their own company than helping with issues (broken tent zippers).
Staff starts generator in the evening, loud.

The beds were super comfortable and very warm! Despite the very cold temperature at night we were not cold while being in the bed! The staff is great and the customer service perfect
There was no hot water during our stay. The place is a bit far from Bryce Canyon and the main activities

Everything was just perfect!!
Its noting bad but maybe would be nice if there was a food truck or some kind of coffee/tea facilities

The location is great. Spent some time stargazing at the fire pit. It was very quiet at night. Sleeping here was more comfortable than expected. The beds were really good. Bathrooms were basic, as expected when Camping.

Perfect accommodation to leave a good camping experience!

Liked the locale and the setting. It was pretty private and off grid. However, there were people around to.make you feel safe as well. The host Ashley was very kind and gave us wood and towels for free. There is a solar power heated water bathing facility which was pretty good for this off grid location.
The water ran out in the morning that we had to check out. So that was a little tough to manage. But overall, it was a great experience

Allison was a fantastic host helping to bring us to and from the parking lot when there was flood risk on the approach to the campsite. Beds were very comfortable and plenty warm.
There was no way to get away from the path lights (I assume for safety), which meant our night vision was extremely hampered when trying to enjoy the night sky.

Very good experience to enjoy camping with more amenities. Well located, just a few minutes from Bryce Canyon.
The tent was dusty. They left us some light bulbs unloaded. The bathrooms were dirty and with very few showers. Fairly improvable in general, lack of services to make the stay more pleasant.

Located in a wonderful spot very close to Bryce NP and the nearby town. The yurts were very cute with a great backdrop. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms exceeded our expectations.
Dogs were barking all throughout the night. Obviously not their fault but good information to have so you could bring ear plugs.

If you want to camp and understand the camping concept its ok.
Pros, / Good comfortable bed. and blankets. but during winter months you need to either rent a lamp from them or bring lots of extra clothes because it can get cold at night. Pretty camp and pretty tents.
Cons/ we were expecting for few extra things for instance a reception/receptionist but that was not the case.
Basically, once you help yourself and you have to deal with it.
The bathroom you only have cold water, and you have to push the handle in order to get water. i was scared that we were going to run out of water since they have to bring if from outside and store it in big containers. the bathrooms of course are not the cleanest and can get rather smelly. the parking is far, and you have to bring your stuff in a rather long and unpaved /muddy road. They have small carts to help you with the weight of your luggage, but the problem is that they only have 2 and have to look extensively for them.

We arrived around 9PM and there was no information about which tent was assigned to us. There is no staff on the premises. We had to go back in town to get phone signal. They do not answer the phone, they communicate only through text messages. We finally got the information about the tent assigned.

The tents are spacious and bed is comfortable. The bathroom facilities are okay. There are flushable toilets and there is (cold) running water, so we were happy with that.
To get to the property, you have to drive off-road for a short while. When we arrived at 7.30pm, there was no-one around and the small river you have to cross was filled with rapid water. When we tried to get across, our SUV dropped and got stuck. As there was no-one around, we had to figure out a way to get out ourselves (together with other campers who were arriving). We found a friendly 4WD owner who managed to tow us out and brought us across the river. The next day we found out our car was severely damaged. Once at the property, there was no staff around. The next day, still we didn’t see any staff. One of the other cars got stuck on their way out.
We received an email a couple of hours later that the camp would be closed because of “weather conditions” and we had to email them to ask about cancelling and crediting the second night of our stay. I emailed them back immediately, asking if they had other accommodation recommendations, when we would have to pick up our stuff from the tent and I asked about the reimbursement. No reply. In the evening I sent a chat message on Booking. The next day, they informed me I had to get the reimbursement through Booking.
Long story short, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
On top of that, this place is not far from the main road (so you can hear the cars from your tent, but that didn’t bother us), but you are completely off the grid. Expect cold water, a shower that you have to constantly pull at to get some water out and if you happen to be the last one of the camp to get a shower, it will for sure be dirty as there are only 2 showers available. There are absolutely no kitchen facilities and there was no firewood to make a fire at one of the designated fire pits either.

In a spotty cell phone and internet area, a lot of people never saw the link with the layout and stumbled around, looking for their tent.

Great experience
When arrived, no staff was there and we had no idea what tent we were in.
Finally was told we were in tent 9......got there and it was a mess, bed not made.
We left and came back later. Got tent 9
It rained hard that night and washed out the road to get out. We all were stranded and had no way to reach anyone for help. No signal.
A FEW OF US HAD TO MOVE BOULDERS AND TAKE UP SHOVELS TO FIX THE ROAD.
Only one way in and out is NOT SAFE !
WE ALL GOT TOGETHER AND FEEL LIKE WE DESERVE A DISCOUNT OR FREE NIGHT. What do you think ?

What did we like? Well, the whole idea of it - and the fit and finish described on the websites! So we made a reservation, discussed whether our Maltipoo could stay with us (Yes!) paid for it all, and received confirmation for a King tent early Oct 1 before leaving Las Vegas for a short holiday at Bryce Canyon. After a five-hour drive and following directions to the campsite front gate, we were met with a notice that they could not honor the reservation. There had been a rainstorm the night before and the dirt road access had been washed out. We were terribly disappointed - and were forced at the last moment to find alternate accommodations at a local hotel. Lucky to have found something at such short notice! If we were promised free accommodation for a later date, we'd be excited to accept. The idea of the Wander Camp is wonderful!

The location is awesome. The tents are beautiful and comfortable.
No one was there when we arrived. We received a message about the self check in and self accommodation. No services like food or campfire like they promote (you have to bring your food and your wood to start on your own the fire). When we checked out, at 08:30, no one was there either, although they said someone will be onsite at 08:00.

We loved this stay!! So cute.
The bathrooms could’ve been a tiny bit cleaner. Other than that, we loved everything!

The staff was great. Because of heavy rain, the road was gone so they offerd our money back. We just walked through the muddy river with our stuff. It was fun! Stargazing at night was worth it.
The tents were super clean
The showers we're overfloading on our last day. That was a pity.

Horrible, I will never stay here again.
False expectations

Comfy beds and pillows, clean bathrooms, solar lights
We only had one chair in a family tent which had 3 people and we’re not located near a fire pit nor picnic table so we were unable to “stargaze”

Nothing
Could not get in the road. No one was there. You require a PIN number to speak with customer service so now I’m disputing. No one was there at check in, we walked up the hill. This place was empty of life. It’s a scam. Sign was two sticks and duck tape.

IT was close to the park, and the personel was very helpful.
The place was like in the photos. It gets a bit cold at night (rent the heater!!).

I love how clean it is especially the linens and the restrooms.
Nothing actually but maybe if they can add like a little shared kitchen as well.
