close to Golden, easy access, and great parking

As we were expecting it was noisy being above the bar on Wed/Thurs night. Some hooks should be considered - not a single place to hang a jacket or anything.

Location was good. But it's not a hotel, it's a room in a building

No toilet paper, room tidy, not clean, It's Not a hotel, it is more like an air b&b. Bed was lumpy, and pillows suck.

no staff on site, got an email with the code for room door. looked a bit shabby, but once in room it was clean and bright.

Carpet in hallways need to be cleaned, it should have a dead bolt on the doors for security.

It was clean and convenient, loved the place and the check in via code. Also the lady providing support was nice and available.

I don't really mean we didn't like it, but some people could. It was above a bar and the building is made of paper, we could hear the music and then everyone going up the stairs and on the hallway and outside of the building when they drop out around 2-3am. As I said we didn't mind, but someone could take this as a con.

it’s basically above a bar. on Friday night the loud karaoke goes on until 2am stopping you from sleeping. there are only two free parking places for the accommodation and often the cars are double parked stopping you from getting out. only 2 coffees for 2 people for 2 days.

Room was quite nice & big since we got the bigger room. And quiet even with a jam session in restaurant below! Could have used hand towels & wash clothes as well as paper towels in coffee area. Restaurant was fun with good food, views & staff.

Hallway carpeting but it's a ski area so get it.

Very conveniently located and very nice clean room... you just can't sleep. Rooms are directly over a bar. Music and loudness starts at 9pm (very quiet before) and does not stop until 1 or 2am. Ear plugs won't help.

Don’t stay this hotel!! They modified the room by locking the window to accommodate a portable AC. but the breaker is big enough to allow two rooms run the AC together. So, you will have stay in a enclosed room without AC and opened windows when outside temperature is around 30 degrees! If you want to have any safety issues, stay away from this hotel!

Good communication without reception, got code to check in. Nice and clean room. Newly renovated. Lots of places for a beer and food within walking distance. Good parking.

Blocked window. So frustrating that we could not enjoy river-view from window. Noisy AC Dirty corridors. Poor security, no codelock at entrence.

Loved the location and the staff were very upfront about noise.

The room was exactly what we expected. It looked freshly renovated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small though. The little kitchen area was nice, came with cups, plates and cutlery. The only thing missing in the kitchen was either paper towels or a hand towel for drying dishes. We ended up having to use a bath towel.🙂 which wasn't ideal but it worked.

Entrance was iffy and made me wonder what kind of room was going to be upstairs. It was self check in and they texted the room number and code the day of arrival. However, we came west through the mountains and data was sketchy or nonexistent until we reached Golden. By the time I got the texts, we had called the number by the downstairs door and the lady wasn't the nicest. Her reply on Booking.com was abrupt.The air conditioner was a portable one which vented outside...not a bad thing except: 1, it was very loud and 2, the restaurant below had a roof patio and staff were on the roof area getting supplies, serving etc. Because the vent was in a plastic holder, there was no screen on the window and no kind of latch securing the window. If a person was so inclined, they could simply push the window open and have access to the room (a bit of a security issue in my opinion).
