Location was good for what I had planned to do and at a reasonable price.

Depending on who is staying there, it can be very noisy due to the wooden floors. The entrance hall could do with a good clean. The shower is on the small size but I understand that it is not a large bathroom therefore possibly could not be any bigger. However if a person is of a large size then they would definitely struggle to get in it. There are kitchen pots and pans in the sink area and in the unit by the bathroom. Shouldn’t they all be in one place. Just needs better organising. The bathroom floor and shower ‘glass could do with a good clean. The toilet seat was broken which I did report but did say at the time that I didn’t need it fixed right then. However surely whoever ‘cleans’ the property after every tenant they should pick up on these maintenance issues and report it straight away or fix it themselves. The light switch on the wall by the sofa bed does not work to switch off what I think would be the main light. Not sure why the hoover lives in the wardrobe! I know storage is minimal but it had to be removed to hang up clothes.
