We had two adults and two kids and the place fit us well - I think 5 would be the max here. The stairs were also dangerous - my 6'4" husband could barely fit up them and we never got his suitcase upstairs. I was scared to walk up and down the stairs - VERY steep and slender. The upstairs is more of a loft and my husband hit his head several times on different things.Being a dog-friendly condo, there were dog hair everywhere - since my daughter and husband are allergic to dog hair, I let the management know ahead of time but it just wasn't enough -- even with allergy medicine, they felt it the entire time. The dog hair was all over the rugs and furniture.We were only given 4 bath towels so halfway through the stay I asked for more -- I had to ask twice and finally got them on the last day. We tried to use the washer/dryer combo but just couldn't get the towels dry. The management company was generally responsive.We checked out the amenities and decided for our 4 night stay, it wouldn't be worth the extra cost -- I didn't need the fitness center and the hot tub was pretty crowded. There was only an outside pool and even though they said it was heated, it was too cold for my taste. We couldn't get the TV channels to work in the living room but I figured out how to connect the wireless and cast from my phone onto the TV so we could watch a football game one night and a movie another night.The kitchen had what we needed - they DO have a keurig, which I asked about but was told they didn't have one - would have been easier to make my coffee in the morning if I would have brought the pods. We bought groceries and ate breakfast every morning, 1 lunch and 2 dinners there. The dishwasher is small and a bit tricky to start but we worked with it.Thankful for the opportunity to stay this t

I’d say any more than 4 and you won’t be comfortable. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and it was cramped. It’s pet friendly, so expected some dog hair, but the rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. We went out an bought a vac and filled up 3 canisters with hair. The dresser in the bedroom (the only one the house that supposedly sleeps 7) was unusable as the sides are bowed out and the drawers fall off the slides. There is a single unit washer/dryer combo (which I didn’t know was a thing) that is also borderline worthless. Clothes never get dry. Can’t believe this thing is on the market as a viable product. A trash bag full of “clean” towels and sheets was left outside for us about halfway through our stay but they had a cigarette odor to them. The hot water went out for about 20 hours in the middle of our stay. You get charged a 4% “resort fee” but get ZERO resort amenities unless you pay an EXTRA 4% resort fee. No pool, no fitness center, nothing. That is all in the very fine print. I mentioned it felt cheap to pay $6k for a rental including a 4% resort fee and not even have access to a pool and never got a response. It’s a fine place, it’s just not for 7 people and the management company talks a good game but didn’t really deliver. I’d keep looking if I were you.

This was the perfect place to make our "base camp" during out recent getaway to the San Juan Mountains!

The property is located immediately adjacent to the slopes and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We were disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The spiral staircase is very small and steep, caution to anyone who is big or tall. We were not able to get our suitcases up the stairs. The owners have done a great job with the property in that it was well decorated and comfortable. We were not impressed with the management company.

Our family of 5 (4, 11, 13) stayed 4 nights here and loved it. The unit overlooks the graduate lift which is where the bunny slopes and ski/snowboard lessons take place. We were able to see the kids in their lessons from the deck. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The unit is cozy and well decorated with plenty of seating. Easy walk to the shops, equipment rental and other amenities. Property manager was very responsive to a couple of emails we sent with questions while we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

However stepping foot into this adorable condo was one of my greatest travel experiences in my life! I am an interior designer and this space is exactly how I would want my mountain condo! Modern, comfortable with intriguing references to the mountains of Colorado as well as beautiful crystals and some mid century modern elements makes for an ideal space to put your feet up after a long day experiencing all that Colorado has to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the resort, right up the road as well as the ability to hop onto the Million Dollar Highway and easily get to every spot on our list. This was our first time in Colorado and I cannot describe how much we enjoyed ourselves. This condo is a dream to sleep in, cook in and to relax in. The views of the San Juan Mountains from the patio are absolutely breathtaking!
