The rental was perfect for us. We had more then enough room. Kitchen was equipped with everything. Very quiet neighborhood, we had our beautiful 5-month granddaughter, so we were all in bed by 10pm every night! The only 2 complaints I could say was it is a bit dark but I am from sunny California and we only saw the sun twice so that's not their fault, and there were 2 dogs barking at 3 am but we didn't hear them the rest of the time. The best thing about our time at this house was....EVERYTHING! The worst thing was that our trip eventually ended, so we had to leave...but we didn't want to. The decor was modern, the amenities were plentiful, the beds were cozy, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, scenic and close to everything we needed. On top of all of that, the customer service provided by the staff was very proactive, graciously accommodating and extremely responsive. If I could give this property a higher rating I would.

Our stay was memorable! The home was tastefully decorated, very clean/ tidy and pretty well equipped to accommodate our family that included toddlers and infants. They had a high chair, pack and play and even safety gates. I asked for umbrellas and even though the house did not have them, the host team made sure to keep them at the property before we checked in. The check in was seamless and the house had all the instructions required to make sure we adhered to their rules/ regulations. The house is on a quiet cul de sac and surrounded by luscious green trees. It was tranquil and comfy!

Our group came to Beaverton for a tennis competition and this house was perfect! 5 stars on everything!

Just a wonderful experience at this property. We arrived late our first night from a cross country flight. The check-in process could not have been easier. We arrived to a clean, comfortable house that was our home away from home for a week. We had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!

My family and I had SUCH a special holiday getaway at this amazing house. First of all, this is hands down the most well stocked rental I have ever seen! Wow. I'm talking spare batteries and tampons stocked level of stocked. So thoughtful. I was staying during an ice storm and they came and iced the driveway and walkways for me. My fam, friends and I have this on our short list for a cozy but spacious getaway that will accommodate all ages but still feels private and spacious, with the most thoughtful touches. This is a ten star place!

The house was everything we expected: roomy, quiet, and a nice neighborhood. The deck off of the master bedroom was a nice touch as was the backyard fire pit. The owner stopped when we checked in early because of maintenance being performed on the house. She was friendly and welcoming. The management company was also very helpful, responding to texts almost immediately.

The coffee machine was non functional when we arrived, but it was remedied within the hour of our email with a new machine delivered to the kitchen. They expect a 5 star review, but in this case they earned it.

Everything about the property was top notch. The furniture and bedding were comfortable, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, and the entire home was spotless. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend it!

This was our first time visiting Portland and booked this house because it seemed central to many activities. The check in process was very easy and the house was clean and appeared as posted. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but a short drive away to great restaurants, shops, and close to downtown. We had a nice time and would return.

Everything in the home was as advertised and expected. The owners have thought about everything to make the stay convenient and comfortable. Would absolutely book again if in the Portland area.

This property has everything going for it. Well-appointed kitchen and baths. Layout is great with a large dining room/living room space but there's still plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. As nice as the inside is, don't overlook the outdoor space. It's surrounded by mature trees and feels like being in the forest. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of things to do right there in Beaverton, but also easy access to Portland and Cannon Beach.

We loved everything about this home! It was super clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a short drive to Portland. We were traveling with 5 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy. The beds and bed linens were very comfortable (5 star hotel quality) so we all slept great. The kitchen was generously stocked, unlike most vacation properties, so we had everything we needed at all times, including quality appliances. The owners truly thought of everything to make you feel at home. The location was perfect for day trips with scenic drives to the coast, Silver Falls State Park, Hood River and Multnomah Falls, and Willamette Valley, but we always looked forward to coming back to our home away from home for rest and relaxation. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Perfect location for Lewis & Clark Law School Graduation. We use the yard for a family celebration. Loved the fire pit and corn hole game.

My girlfriends and I ran a 5K and stayed at the property for a relaxing girls trip. It was the perfect home for us.

This property was adorable and featured cute details for a comfortable stay. They provided makeup remover and wipes, cleaning supplies, kitchen items including spices, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker. I did not need to go to the store for anything because everything was already available for us. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The house was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. I've stayed at other VRBO's, but this was the first to go above and beyond with providing everything you need and more. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

the house had an abundance of typed out labeled articles to show you what not to do mostly or do.: on the windows, in the freezer the remote for TVs, lamps, toilets had label on the lid and inside the lids with pictures taped on as well and even floors had labels on where the rugs should end! excessive. One said not to have more than 3 people on the deck that the deck was not stable enough for more...dangerous. These labels (from a labeling machine) were confusing and tacky, might we recommend you put instructions in the notebook? The house was FREEZING when we arrived with NO instructions for how to turn on the heating unit and the fireplace. we slept in our clothes the first night. it took the house a good day to warm up and many calls to the property management to find the switch for the fireplace and the space heater. (surprisingly because everything else had these labels except the fireplace) So the first few days were rough. The pictures on your site show a simply furnished home, we found that the home had too many nic naks and fur rugs which can cause tripping and some of the pillows were worn. As the week went on we grew to be more comfortable but it took a while and we expected more. the labeling was just over the top we took pictures of them because it was really something that made you shake your head just plain tacky. We suggest you use the notebook to give instructions notes about the house most people who use this kind of service (VRBO) expect the notebook to be the one source of truth.

This home is actually better than the pictures! It was spotless and very well appointed. The entire house was well stocked from a kitchen with every utensil to spare paper towels and toilet paper. Hate having to buy windex to keep a place clean while I'm staying there but they had it all. The house is very lovely, 4 spacious bedrooms, large new tv's with all services (in the bedrooms as well as LV and FamRm), very cozy fenced yard with firepit and furniture. We hated to leave. We were ther with a toddler during Halloween and the neighbors could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Great rental. Would definately rent again!
