The rooms are new, and the location is close to the beach (not at the beach)

Traveling during post-Covid Era is a tough proposition, so I had assumed cleanliness would be a higher priority for the hotel. It was not. On the 2nd day of our stay, our hotel room wasn't even cleaned. Upon inquiry, we were told it can happen and someone brought towels after calling a number. No apologies were made. Other days during the visit, it was clear that the staff were doing a bare minimum job of cleaning up the floors and the room. Secondly, we were told on our arrival, that there is a construction going on nearby which would be loud, but be done by the evening. The construction continued through all the days of our stay, which was not only loud, but created a thick layer of dust on all the cars in the parking. I had cleaned up the car on the 2nd day, and it was money down the drain overnight. I shudder to imagine the dust we were breathing in during the trip. Thirdly, I had asked for a room in the annexy part of the hotel. My wish was granted, but Little did I know it basically meant staying and sleeping next to all the parked cars. Fourth, the blinds in the rooms were barely sufficient and not enough to make the room dark enough for a baby. So, we were living on a parking lot, next to a construction site. we couldn't open the windows due to the noise and dust, which made the room unpleasantly hot. All in all, not a pleasant experience and would not stay here again.
