The only thing is the kitchen faucet needs to be change out not working. But the owner really tryed to help. The owner is very nice. Its quite clean and the beach is private so very little peope. Saw dolphins & Manatees. You everything you need. Just bring your clothes and get ready to rech

This place is perfect if you have a car! Private, quiet, and right at the beach! This place was great for our small family! The king size bed was comfortable and had a somewhat firm mattress. My daughter loved the queen size bed, though it would have been way too soft for me. We did not use the twin bed. There are lots of beach toys for kids! There are plenty of beach chairs. The beach was empty by our standards which was a nice bonus! We were lucky enough to find lots of sand dollars and the gulf water temps were 89 degrees! Dolphins and manatees swam by. The outside table was nice since it was shady and we always had a nice breeze blowing through! We did not do much cooking at the house, but there appeared to be plenty of kitchen items to do so. The water pressure in the kitchen is very low, but there is a dishwasher available. We found if the faucet was in ‘spray’ mode, it worked a little better. We enjoyed our meals in nearby Indian Rocks Beach, a short 10 minute drive. Clearwater is about 10 minutes north, Indian Rocks about 10 minutes south. Groceries are about 10 minutes away also. Parking at the house is easy and with assigned spots, there was never a worry of parking. The Jolly Trolley goes by the house, but I did not see a stop very close. We visited in the summer which is off season, so getting around by car was fairly easy. Overall I would recommend this place to others!

Looking for a cozy cottage on the beach? This is the one!
With its beach decor charm with 1 full bathroom and 1/2 plus washer and dryer amenities and access to the beach my family loved staying here. The owner met us as we pulled into the driveway. Randy was delightful and was there if we needed anything. No need to bring anything, It is all there from having a beach wagon, beach chairs, canopy, sand toys, and even sand roll out mats. The living room and both bedrooms had smart TVs for those rainy days for inside activities. Looking forward to staying here on future Belleair Beach vacations.

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a trip for my granddaughter’s high school graduation. They had so much fun snorkeling in the pristine water. The cottage was lovely. I highly recommend it!

My family of four stayed and loved how close the beach was! Beautiful! If you’re looking for a less crowded beach this is it. But also very close to all the restaurants and shopping, etc. Cottage is just how described…we hope to come back!

We took our adult kids for a relaxing week in the sun after their college graduations. Loved the location, loved the host. Can’t beat the location! Will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here for Spring Break 24' and had a very relaxing stay! Beach is a close walk from the backdoor, the cottage location is not far from great amenities (ice cream, coffee, small shops). Already booked again for Spring Break 25'!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - perfect for our simple needs. Queen bed is a little softer than we're accustomed to, but also futon not shown in listing which helped for 5 adults and 1 baby. Appreciated covered outdoor area to extend our outdoor time in midday. Will stay again!

We loved the place, walk-out the back door and you are steps from the beach…everything was as described, kids had a blast, & pretty much everything u need is there…beach chairs, tent, umbrellas, wagon…the house was great, and Randy, the owner was super nice, made contact with us to make sure all was good. We will definitely be back again!

The property was as described. Great location, short walk to the beach, able to see ocean from unit. Really good value for our girls' week at the beach. Unit had stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella which made it very convenient. Owner was there for part of the week and was very friendly and helpful.

Quaint little surf side shack. Nothing fancy but clean and hosts are great. No complaints. Would rent again.

Perfect location right on the beach. Cottage is older and could use some updates. Queen size mattress needs to be replaced as they have a foam topper on it. Ceiling fan blades in family room need to be cleaned.

If you love being on the beach everyday and love beach wildlife - this is the spot you should rent. Loved the experience of this tasteful cottage on Belleair Beach. We could hear the waves from our patio. I'm a walker and journeyed out daily to walk Sand Key Bridge and Belleair Beach to soak up the bay views. Our host was amazing and checked on us to see if we had any needs. They provide beach chairs/umbrella and even wagon to load up all items - 50 steps later your on the beach Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, extra spices, paper towels, pots/pans. Internet was fast so my son could work right from the large patio. This unit is private too. I never heard anything from neighbors or upstairs at all. Will be back.

I don't understand any higher ratings for this property. The location is right on the beach. It was sort of a dingy dated place, cluttered w cheap beach decor and pealing beach stickers on the walls. The microwave is rusty. The water pressure in the kitchen is low. The shower is extremely small, with broken dated tiles, and old rusty handles. The single bed is actually a cot. There was a toenail in the bed when we pulled back the blankets. Nothing about this place felt cozy. We've used vrbo for years...before the app and we've never been disappointed, until now.

The pictures online line depict the property ok however it could used a renovation and that is lost in the pics. When they say steps to the beach access it’s true. The beds were too soft for my preference but we slept well and had no back issues. The water pressure in the bathroom is great!
Its quite and relaxing. It’s actually 1 1/2 baths but having a washer and dryer to bring clean laundry home was a plus. If we return to Clearwater we will look up this property to see if it’s available.

A cozy little cottage for our Thanksgiving getaway. Steps away from a beautiful beach. Nice having our own space. Minutes away from Clearwater and Indian Rocks beach for dining and activities. Super responsive owner. Would definitely return!

We absolutely LOVED the proximity of this place to A.) The Beach, B) Clearwater and C) The PIE airport. It couldn't have been more convenient. It's not the most high-end place...has some wear and tear, but it was perfect for us.

Hands down, 10 out of 10! It was cozy, clean, stocked & easy to keep clean up. The location was perfect for beach fun & shopping. Very convenient. The owners are super amazing & fast to answer any questions. Very down to earth & friendly. My only complaint is that our next vacation is a year away! We have definitely found our family vacation place. 2023 please hurry, we are ready to go back!

Amazing views of the Gulf
Lovely, cozy cottage steps from the Gulf! We had an amazing vacation. This cottage was so cozy and very clean. We enjoyed our stay, spent our evenings either on the beach, on the deck or out and about. There is so much to do and see , from the little restaurants to Clearwater and Johns Pass we had plenty to do for all ages. Our only mix up was that the key wasn’t left out for us so we had to call and wait outside but eventually found that the back door was left open. Not really a big deal and it was taken care of quickly. Also there needs to be a curtain on the kitchen door as there is another cozy cottage behind it and we had busy back door neighbors The beds were very comfortable especially the king in the master bedroom. I don’t think I have ever slept in such a cozy bed All in all it was the perfect vacation in a cottage that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place at the beach. Thank you for opening your cozy cottage to us we loved it!

Amazing location
The location and property are perfect. Located off the Gulf of Mexico. Beaches are not too crowded and the deck is worth the visit. We look forward to more vacations in this spot!

The perfect week
Wow, just wow!! Absolutely fantastic week in Belleair Beach. The house was perfect for our needs. Being close to the beach is very important to me, as that is where we spend all our time. The location was amazing. I have zero complaints. The owners provided beach chairs and towels and so much more that you seemingly end up having to purchase with other rentals. Most definitely will be back hopefully very soon as we how have have found our “new place.”

Wow wow wow!!
This beach cottage was PERFECT! Everything you need, very easy to get to and you literally walk outside the door and your at the beach. Ocean was breezy, but not big waves, so little kids were able to swim. Most days there were barely any people on the beach, very secluded. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all the supplies you could want! The owner is upstairs, she greeted us and even helped pull the beach wagon back to the cottage when my children were being wild and my hands were full. Very nice, felt safe and secure in this cottage. Short drive to downtown Clearwater or into town to do actual shopping. GREAT kids playground is just 14 mins away! Would definitely stay here again!

Great beachfront stay
Spent a wonderful long weekend here with myself and three teen children. The house is well stocked with tons of towels, kitchen supplies, and everything you could need for the beach (chairs, pool noodles, air mattresses). It was so great to be able to get up in the morning and have breakfast right on the beach. You do end up tracking a lot of sand into the house, so it's good there are brooms handy!
Any supplies needed are just a short car drive away, including a great French bakery where we bought pastries almost every day. We also did a few excursions from Clearwater Beach which is also very close.
The host was great with communication, and checkin was easy. They even had a bottle of wine and some hard seltzer waiting for us! It was a perfect place to have a relaxing, socially distanced, getaway trip.

Xcellent rental
Super rental on the beach. We had everything we needed plus more. Very convenient to all Clearwater/ Tampa destinations.
It was nice not to have to commit several hours for beach trip, since we were already there. All beds very comfortable. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Highly recommended. Don't know how long response time is from the host, since we did not have a single reason to contact.
