The location was perfect, right in the middle of the port, the view from the terrace is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and all the little details in the room were so nice... Gaby is the nicest host ever.
Booking and Google Maps locations are a bit off, the entrance is one street behind, opposite corner of the Kea travels agency.
Little Kea warning, not related to the room, is to make sure to bring cash since you need a taxi to get to most places and beaches.

Very easy to access from the port. Gabriella the hostess was very kind and made it an excellent experience. She upgraded us to a new room as the air conditioning was broken and it was cold so we needed some heat. She also allowed us to leave our bags in the room past our check out time so we could explore the island more. She also spoke great English and was enthusiastic to share some recommendations with us.

Excellent location & super helpful & friendly owner. If the cats were not encouraged I would recommend this place as being in an excellent location and very good value for money
There are far too many cats. We could not leave our balcony doors open without the owners cats coming in. They were also housed outside our room.

Excellent and most practical location. A great selection of Bars, coffee shops and restaurants and a beach are just downstairs!

The room is nicely decorated and very clean. There are nice views of the port from the balcony. The shower worked well. The host was very kind and welcoming.
The room was a little noisy in the evening from the port traffic but it didn't keep me awake. The WiFi would occasionally stop working for an hour or 2.

Wonderful hostess Gabriella, really made you feel welcome and looked after you so well. Lovely spacious studio, with fantastic communal roof terrace with views directly to the port, amazing location.

It was beyond convenient for getting off/onto the ferries in the port. And walking distance to tons of restaurants/bars/ shops. Also a minute walk to the beach! The staff were 10/10 and even held our bags safely for us when we arrived a few hours before checkin!

This is a lovely value for money room in the lovely port are of Kea and right next to a nice beach. The lady running the place (the owners mother I believe) was wonderful. Very happy to recommend

The owner is a very nice lady, very helpful and friendly. She even offered to do the check-out later so we wouldn´t have to be too many hours with our things outside until the boat left.

Very convenient location and nice hospitality! Loved the view from our room <3 The port area is very cosmopolitan and close to all nice spots of Kea.
