The room was very clean, comfortable and looked really modern/new. Additionally to the standart interior, there was a fridge, air conditioning and even a water heater and a small toaster. The price was cheap and for the location and overall very good.

Clean room, very nice WC, good bed, comfortable. It serves its purpose at the moment, but there's possibility of making it better.

It's just a room with bed and WC. -> There's enough room under the table for the owner to add a small fridge and space on the wall for a shelf with plates / glasses. This would add large value to the room. The house itself is VERY loud, you can hear ALL neighbours from everywhere. It was not calm.
