Good location. Walking distance to the beach just 8 min. Nice cosy, clean apartment. Good for someone who like to nights out, as it is close to pubs and clubs. One of them is just downstairs.

No kettle in the kitchen. It can be a bit noisy from the bar downstairs.

The location was fantastic. Close to everything we wanted. It fitted our family of 6 perfectly.

We could of used a couple more blankets for the beds!

Location, comfortable beds. We were able to check out a few hours later. Good shower, plenty towels.

The place was dirty full of someone's hair, floors never moped. No kettle, chopping board, no washing tablet to wash our clothes, dirty used cloth to dry your dishes. Front doors hard to open/ close. Remote was broken but worked. Check in process was pretty stressful as host didn't send details until last minute which was pretty weird. Was super noisy outside some days until 5a.m. It felt like we had our windows opened. A few times electricity tripped.

The location is superb! Just in the small streets of Alicante with great eating opportunities just around the corner. In the weekend a little noisy outside because of the bar just downstairs. The living room is spacious.

Lovely apartment in the Alicante city centre. Great atmosphere right outside the front door, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shopping malls. Self catering apartments, fulfilled almost all expectations, great value for money!

We have stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, and only few remarks can be added here. Firstly, sofa bed in the living room is a bit too big for the size of the room, and once it's fully open, we were unable to open the entrance door, so it is challenging if you have 6 people staying. Secondly, additional kitchen supplies would be beneficial, more cups, plates, bowls etc. As we haven't had enough for 6 people stay.

The location was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and it even looks nicer than on the booking photos. The option to pick up a key from a lock box was really much appreciated

Nothing especial. Only one mirror in the bedroom or near the entrance door is missing (just a proposal for an improvement)

Our family liked everything

The apartment is in a good position in the center of Alicante.

There are other apartments in the same bulding booked by the same owner and we didn't sleep because of the chaos made by other persons during the all night. We specify this to the owner who responded to the message but nothing changed in the following night. The apartment was not well cleaned, expecially the kitchen and the floors, there was only one bathroom without a window and without a fan.

Poor level of cleanliness, floors weren’t cleaned properly. Some of the fixings were broken, e.g.: we couldn’t open the window in a room as it had a broken handle. Even though I specifically asked before travelling, we found some of the beds with no sheets and the rest with used ones. Similar story for towels. We contacted the host who couldn’t tell us straight away when he would fix the issue, only a general “later”. Bed sheets and towels were finally promised for 9.30pm and then provided around 10.30pm, when we were out for dinner. The host couldn’t even bother opening the sofa beds for us, so some of us had to make their own bed. No pillow covers were provided for the first night, so we had to sleep covering pillows with towels or similar. No apology whatsoever from the host when contacted about this, he only came by the place later and left them on the kitchen table. We were out again and didn’t notice when back, so had to spend another night without. A couple of complimentary toilet paper rolls would have also helped, we had to buy them. Generally really disappointing, it could have a been a great stay with just a little bit more attention.

The location is just perfect. It is close to the main walking areas and about 10 minutes walk to the beach. And at the same time it's very quite.

Clean and good location through the week as fairly quiet.

Great location. Not far from the beach, very close to center, central market, castle.... Well equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast. Clean apartment. Comfortable beds.

1. Dirty floors with someone's hair on it 2. Someone's food was left in the kitchen (eggs,bread etc) 3. Sheets on the bed with stains 4. No soap in the bathroom 5. Microwave was broken, didn't work 6. All kitchenware was dirty and covered with fat All the host Raquel said about all listed above things was "perdon"
