Great Customer Service. The front desk gentlemen were so helpful and answered any questions or doubts we had. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great Price too.
There was nothing I didn't like. They made my stay very comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

secure parking, simple check- in, convenient location
The floor beside the bathroom door, and the ceiling in the bathroom were falling apart. The shower head in the middle, top of the shower cabinet makes it very difficult to only shower if you don’t want to get your hair wet.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The restaurant was also good.
The room was extremely cold! We had to sleep with an extra blanket and towel on our heads to keep warm. The AC was off in the room. The staff informed us there was nothing they could do.

Facilities getting run down. Elevator buttons missing. Hallways smelled of smoke. Holes in room ceilings. Sheets only on the bed cushion toppers, not the actual mattress. Topper slips/shifts on bed.

very clean and comfortable. Tasty and generous breakfast buffet! The friendly service by Yusef in the restaurant was very welcoming. We return to your property in part because of him. The chief cook Veronica is also a bonus to enjoy her cooking for our dinner!

The hotel is easy to reach. The beds are very comfortable, and the room even though it is a bit small, is well designed to not feel packed. The internet speed is great, I didn't notice any lag in the minor work that I had to do there. In the kitchen, the breakfast is also decent and good.
The size of the room is a bit small, but they manage to handle it with a good design of the rooms. In general, not that much to complain about a Hotel where you might need to arrive at sleep and do some minor work.
