Very beautiful property with nice views and comfortable rooms. Food at the restaurant was very good and staff very pleasant.

Everything was extremely clean but there was too much scent in the room.

Everything... Perfect place to relax with family. The facilities are great ( you have everything you need inside the complex) and the service personnel very friendly. I couldn't recommend more. Also it's located not to far away from Porto, só you can always drive there and back, .

Amazing room and view , the breakfast is so rich and tha staff are the niceness that I ever met !! We are defiantly going to come back another time :)

very simple room, which lacks basic amenities like coffee machine, clothes space, place to open the suitcase and more. pillows too thick , water pressure too low. very basic breakfast that doesn’t fit this category

The accomodation is exceptionally clean, modern and with all amenities. From the bar overlooking the river to the food in the restaurant everything was brilliant. In particular the staff, they were all very warm, welcoming and helpful. We will be back for sure when next in the region.

Great infinity pool and soft chairs, hotel offers pool towels. Tasty breakfast, many options. Friendly staff.

Other guests were very loud and inconsiderate (at pool mostly). Vegetarian option at dinner was a disappointment. Room quite small but had a nice view.

It is a new property, which is nice. Has a nice staff and great restaurant. Bar is a local hotspot. Grounds are nice

Be aware that it was not designed as a 4 star. No spa, gym, tiny pool and hot tub. Rooms are nice but have a huge kitchen that I likely to be unused, while other amenities are missing or oddly designed. Severely understaffed.

One of the best travel experiences of my life! It was like in paradise! The atmosphere was magical! I'll do my best to come again and stay longer!

The property was really well made – the architecture and arrangement of the place are beautiful. The staff was wonderful, everyone was really friendly, helpful and kind. We stayed in the larger villas which had beautiful views. The beds and all furniture actually were super comfortable, everything was clean and really well organised. The place was quiet despite it being quite close to a road.

There's only one restaurant at the property which had really limited options in terms of style, dietary requirements or taste. There were no light dishes, fresh salads or dairy-free options. The staff and chef were really helpful regardless. The area is really isolated. We should have checked before we went, but there were really few places to go for a walk in the area. We felt a bit stuck.

wonderfull place, well maintained, excellent staff and a great breakfast. The pool is excellent, clean and well maintained. The only issue are the extremely small rooms, although they do have a balcony and a great view. Some nice restaurants nearby. Note that the hotel is about 90 minutes drive from Pinhao and the Duoro quintas.

For a modern hotel the room was very small. Noise in early hours from a huge wedding going on in the adjacent event center.

Very nice hotel complex with lots of green and directly located at the river with nice view from the rooms. Very well-tended place with excellently designed rooms. We were welcomed very warmly by the staff and had a short but very pleasant stay enjoying both dinner and breakfast.

Little space in the room to handle two suitcases and to store clothes in wardrobes. Shower and toilet only separated with frosted glass doors from the room, so only limited privacy compared to a completly separated bathroom.

They just couldn't do enough for us, superb service and lovely staff. Often asking us if everything was OK. Room was excellent, comfortable, new and clean. Restaurant inside and inside, serving truly tasty food. The chef would come out and advise on which local wine to go with our food. Garden and pool area was very nice with a great view to hills and the river. Parking just outside the door. We really REALLY liked this place, would come again if in the area as it's very conviently located for Porto as well, not far from the train station which takes you straight into the beautiful Sao Bento Rail Station. Can only give this place my best recommendations.
