Service and hospitality was exceptional. They catered to all our needs including arranging dairy free and gluten free options. (Bipin and Rupesh are a special mention)
Breakfast had a decent spread including live counters for dosas, pancake, waffles and omlette. Lot of options of kids as well.
Room was with sofa bed and at a higher floor which had a perfect view.

Breakfast is very good. Reception and housekeeping staff are very nice and helpful. View from some rooms is very good if you get a good one.
Some restaurent staff are rude and arrogant. They argue unnecessarily.

The staff is friendly. They packed early morning (4am) breakfast for us when we were to go for Mountain flight. They also provided complementary airport drop on the day of departure. Staff provided tips for navigation through the citi. The location of the hotel is pretty accessible. Overall our stay was very nice and comfortable.
Bathroom had problem with water drainage. Water used to get accumulated in one part of bathroom rather than draining out. Comcast was not working.

We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner (traditional Nepalese) and the curries were superb. Breakfast was one of the better ones we had in Nepal - good selection and quality. We were given a corner room with a view of the city (even though it was very smoggy). It was very comfortable and quite spacious. Bathroom was modern with a good shower. We didn't swim but the pool area was nice.
Wifi was a bit hit and miss (like much of Nepal). Front desk was slow at times to get service. Often with a query it took some time to come back to us and we were left waiting without follow up - this could be more efficient.
