Easy access. Clean comfortable accommodation. I would stay there again.

Not having a hair dryer available in the room. One provided from reception.

The rooms have been recently renovated so were fresh and clean. Being in the city centre, it was close to everything.

Comfy beds. Staff was helpful and polite. Free water bottle was great touch.

Pillows were bit hard and shower pressure was average

The room was cosy, but spacious and very clean. 5 stars for comfort because I literally felt like I was sleeping on a marshmallow bed or floating on a cloud, and pillows were dreamy soft. Perfect rest after a long day of travel. Had the best sleep...once I got to sleep ( see comment re: noise) Great communication from the host also. Thank you for calling and confirming the late check in procedure. Much appreciated.

Noise - unavoidable from the patrons at the facility across the road... was rather noisey. Also could hear the neighbours either side of the room I was in, as if in the same room as them. Doesn't take away from the star rating I've given here though, just personally did not like the noise levels at all

Excellent location for all of my work travel needs, and service and comfort to match. I always choose this motel when travelling to Gladstone for work.

It was a great stay but no welcome booklet to say what was around the town or info about the motel rules or facilities
