Overall satisfied,nice and friendly staff,beach,shops nearby

All well organised from checking in to checking out. Very good breakfast with an extensive choice and staff throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant.

The bed was the hardest we have ever slept on and found most uncomfortable. This is a comment not a complaint because the firmness of the mattress is a personal choice.

Surprising busy for late October (when many Jesolo hotels were closed) - on two nights there were tour parties, German I think). The hotel is spacious and efficiently run, and the reception staff are exceptionally helpful -- there was a glitch over my booking (with Booking.com) which the staff sorted out very quickly. I stayed half-board, and the food and service in the dining room was wonderful, better quality than I'd expected. The meals were a real experience and the waiting staff were so freindly and helpful. There are several self-service lavanderias in the resort, including a good one about 200m from the Eden.

Hotel Eden is a bit tricky to find on the first visit despite its high profile location; and Lido di Jesolo in at October is pretty lifeless.

The location and the staff were fantastic. The staff was always kind and accomodating and always very helpful. The pool is small, but very nice, especially for children. Everything you wanted was within 100m of the hotel--beach, restaurants, shops, everything!

Worst beds I've slept on in years. They were like concrete.

Breakfast was really great with lots of variety. Friendly staff and excellent location.

Pool is a lot smaller than we thought. Shower small.

The breakfast and the hotel staff were excellent, in addition the hotel is also at a walking distance from the beach and city center

I enjoyed majority of the meals, however my mum, who travelled with me,wasn't able to eat the meat served

Very very noisy at night, groups shouting till morning outside. Not possible to sleep without earplugs and sleeping pills!! So if you arent party tigers, find quieter place in main season

The location to the beach the room was adequate The food was nice

Having to park 500 mtrs away and carrying luggage in 28 degrees. The noise from a local club until 2am ,The pool area is only large enough for 6 to 8. while asking for a beach view had a view of an adjoining hotel.
