Sehr sehr alter Bau. Toilette roch Kanalisation. Fenster mit einfacher Verglasung: ob man auf der Straße wohnte oder im Appartement spielte keine Rolle. Sehr kalt. Keine Heizung im Ganzen Appartement nur im Schlafzimmer. Auf Anfrage war die Antwort man habe keine extra Heizung. Man kann nicht da leben. Einfach schrecklich.

There was just one transformation for the socket. So if you have 2 phones, an iqos, ipad… You have to buy for yourself another one, oh yeah and the one is used for the internet, so choose between charging and internet. When you leave the apartment the electricity will be down, so no way to charge when you’re not there.

The price is relatively good. The place is close to beach, supermarkets and public transport. The owner was nice, ready and willing to help. Two balconies and overall good size rooms.

Awful 24x7 noise from nearby traffic (cars and especially motors) which isn't even reduced with windows closed. There was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, obviously someone lived there for longer period of time. There is an equipped kitchen but no washing machine or even iron. No very basic stuff like more than one plastic bag for the bin; sufficient toilet paper; mop; I bought and left for the next renters oil, salt and vinegar (those are cheap but very nice to have them when needed).

I feel like they want to save money on me. I encountered difficulties while living in this apartment. After that, I began to read the reviews, and it turns out that PROBLEMS IN THESE APARTMENTS HAVE EXISTED FOR SEVERAL YEARS. 1. As soon as I moved in, the next day I discovered that ANTS began to appear. At first there were few of them, then they increased very much. I reported this to the owner, but instead of moving me to a free room (which they had there), they simply brought me a means to poison these insects. I'm just SHOCKED! I had to breathe all this unpleasant and poisonous air! 2. No hot water. Or the temperature is set to low so that the boiler does not waste electricity heating the water. 3. Very weak water pressure. According to my feelings, this was done on purpose by turning off the main tap so that less water was consumed. Because when I told the owner of the apartment about this in the morning, they came to help ONLY THE NEXT DAY, and with a “smart look” they tried to unscrew the tap for some reason, supposedly pretending that they were trying to help. The problem was never solved, but I laughed. 4. Key for electricity. In my entire rich history of bookings both on BOOKING and on AIRBNB, this is the first time I have seen that there is a key that activates the electricity after you arrive at your apartment. That is, if you leave your power bank or MacBook to charge and leave the apartment, your devices will not be charged. I do not recommend these apartments, this is my second terrible experience with Booking in the entire history of bookings. It’s a pity that Booking does not filter housing suitable for living.

I've stayed in the room with 2 balconies on the both sides of the room. So, it was easy to have fresh air by opening both doors. I have seen a piece of see and the Dasoudi park. All things in the room have worked as expected. The host is very pleasant and helpful.

There is a family of small bats upside the window. They are not getting into the room, yet you hear them at sunset and sunrise - just be prepared :)
