The best part of the apartment is the amazing balcony and view of Old Town, the azure Adriatic and the island of Lokrum. View is simply stunning. Walking distance to Old Town albeit we did not realize before we got there that everything in Dubrovnik is on a steep hill. Thus greatly appreciated great air conditioning on our return. Apartment very new and modern. Building is very quiet and feels very safe. Pemo market is close by.

Just returned from a special stay in Dubrovnik. Apartment was definitely luxurious and 5 star does not do it justice. Has everything you would expect in a hotel and more. Apartment is spotless and is beautifully decorated and beds are very comfortable. View from balcony is spectacular overlooking the sea,Ploce gate and harbour and old town. It is set on a very quiet street and is a short 10 minute walk straight into the old town. There is a well equipped supermarket 2-3 minutes walk if you need any supplies and cable car is also a further 2 mins away. Petra was a perfect host. Afforded us early entry to property as we had an early morning flight and left a very nice welcome package because we were celebrating a birthday in our company of two couples. Also remained in touch throughout our stay with some lovely recommendations of things to see and visit during our stay. All in all we would definitely recommend staying in this apartment and fingers crossed we can return sometime in the not so distant future.

Nothing. perfect

The property was well located for the old town, and both modern and spacious. It was very clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It had a spectacular view and the property manager, Petra, was very efficient, and went over and above with her services.

Not very much, although a small grumble was that the apartment could be a little noisy if people were upstairs, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. One recommendation would be to add a toaster for making simple snacks.

Everything was excepcional!!
