On sea front

Dirty room with no working tv or telephone. Sewage smell and suspicious fluid on floor near toilet with back bits in it and hair. Towels appalling, old and scratchy. Beds have greying linen on them

The staff were immensely helpful. Everyone in the hotel tries to help you with a smile. We weren't satisfied with the first room they gave us and changed the room upon request. The restaurant staff even helped with decorations since I organised a birthday dinner for my spouse.

There was nothing we didn't like in this hotel. Definitely, we will plan another weekend break there.

All inclusive. Jeden Tag das selbe essen. Untere Preisklasse, viel Kartoffeln,Pommes,Pizza. Hauswein billig. Alles aus Plastikbechern abends und tagsüber am Pool. Keine Bar nur ein animationsraum mit 1 Bar. Frühstück keine große Auswahl. Kein Wasser im Zimmer, man musste täglich durchs Hotel mit dem Lift,um sich Wasser zu holen. Zimmer sehr schön, sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Trotzdem Alles in Allem sehr enttäuschend für 4Sterne

That. We had to go for the bathropes and we wanted to have coffee , but we didn't find water inside the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect if your goal is relaxing and active holiday. The staff is supernice and helpful. The air conditioning works perfectly. The view from sea-view rooms is amazing. I would definitely go back.

Abbiamo adorato tutto! In questo resort non c’era da annoiarsi, si può scegliere cosa fare in ogni momento della giornata! Roof top stupendo dove rilassarsi al tramonto,dotato di piscina vista mare,al piano inferiore c’è un’altra piscina e poi c’è un solarium diretto sul mare. Serate a tema , staff sempre disponibile… Che dire: una vacanza stupenda grazie a questo Resort!

The adults only rooftop pool, nearby restaurants, bus stop locally. The staff were nice.

We had the worst room of the place I’m sure. On the 1st floor by the toilets, smelt like damp. The air vent leaked in the bathroom. We were forgotten about (went out for the day and came back to no towels had to ask), the balconies are squeezed in tightly and awkwardly so you’re basically back to back, no sun, the air con sometimes stopped randomly. There is a mini golf area right by the balconies so no privacy whatsoever. We could hear people in the games room all night or walking through the corridors loudly. Only room on this floor so it made us nervous when people could see exactly where we are. We were checked in late even though we were on time which was frustrating after travelling so long. Limited breakfast choices for vegetarians no omelette station for example and the juice and coffee were grim. We booked a restaurant but it was only buffet service which wasn’t clear. If I would go back I’d book a self catered apartment with a pool or somewhere in Buggiba as better vibes.
